Good Morning our experience with comfort tour was awesome both my boyfriend and I loved the tour. Our guide and driver Natasha and Ken were both exceptional and I hope when we go again that we get the two of them *:) happy

. The New York trip it self-was breath taking everywhere we went was an adventure, we would go again for sure and try to get in what we didn't the first time. We would definitely recommend Comfort Tours. Our hotel stay was really good and comfortable. Thank you for taking such good care off us *:-h wave

New Year in New York 2016

Hello! We were on your NYC tour last week from Dec 1-4. It was one of the best holidays we ever had. Natasha is a wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful guide. She is one of those people who is just a fountain of information...Greg our bus driver was awesome .....we are still not sure how he navigated those crazy New York streets. We enjoyed the itinerary , were very happy with the amount of free time and enjoyed every moment. We have only been home 2 days and I have recommended it to about 10 people. Hi Natasha; Thank you for a great tour of New York City last week, I must say you are an excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable and patient. I really enjoyed myself and have passed along Comfort a Tours name and yours to people at work. I saw what I was hoping to except for the tree and I kind of knew I was early but if you could send me a picture of the tree and one of the info about it I would greatly appreciate it. NYC, Nov 2016 tour

3-City tour 8-10 October 2016 with Eva our tour guide and Harry, as driver. With a very comfortable bus and a knowledgeable guide, we had a great tour. Individual city tour guides (one in period costume in Ottawa) added overall value. Accommodation/meals at the Novotel in Montréal was very good, central and comfortable. Thanks again to Eva and Harry for making our tour the success that it was. Efficiency, punctuality and flexibility describe this company. We will certainly consider Comfort Tours again. My daughter and myself have just returned from your bus tour to Boston and Salem. I just wanted to make a comment regarding your bus driver, Ken, and trip guide, Eliane. We were extremely impressed with Ken. We ran into some pretty nasty weather going through New York and Ken handled the situation very well. He is a very competent driver and we all felt very safe with him at the wheel. He was also always very courteous and gracious while making sure we departed and entered the bus. I can't say enough about Eliane. She was always smiling, always helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for everyone on board. Eliane always made sure we were all happy and that we had no problems. I would highly recommend this tour company to anyone interested in taking a bus tour. Joyce and Jennifer J
