Hi there

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed this past weekend's tour to Chicago.
Pam was a great tour director - we loved the fact we got to see so much of the city and also
had ample free time to explore on our own. Pam made the long bus ride to and from
Chicago very entertaining and fun (and she tells great jokes!). Keith our driver was also
amazing at manouvering that big bus into small spaces.  They were both very patient,
calm and kind and we appreciate all their work over the 4 days -  we especially appreciate
all the "behind the scenes" work it must take to ensure such a relaxing and enjoyable trip.
Thanks to both of them.

We enjoyed also the stop at The Ford Museum in Michegan - so much more than a car museum!!

Hi - hostess (Pam) was excellent - perfect tour guide. 
The bus driver Keith was also excellent, very skilled. 
I used your tour to New York last year and the hostess was young and inexperienced.
Pam was wonderful - lots of experience.  I did prefer and really enjoyed the breakfast
in New York - it was delicious. 
The Westin is an upscale hotel - I was terribly disappointed with the breakfast. 
And don't go to the Mexican museum - too far and content basic.
Everything else was perhaps the way it should be.
 
I would recommend this tour.

This was our first bus tour, and so we didn't know what to expect, but thought we'd give it a try.
We were delighted with it, due in large part to the excellent organisation and the skills of Oksana
and Wayne . They were superb, both very knowledgeable and helpful at all times, extremely upbeat,
patient, unflappable, and left nothing undone in their efforts to make our trip memorable.
We do intend to take the Chicago tour, possibly this Fall.

Thanks again, hats off to Wayne and Oksana, they were great.
