Hi,
I was on the bus tour to New York (Dec 3-6) and Ken and Pam were great!
We saw all the major land marks, learned quite a bit about the history, great hotel and breakfast.
My only suggestion is that seeing that the tour ended usually around 4pm and pickup
at Macy’s was 8pm (our free time) – perhaps a later pickup would have been nice.

Just wanted to take a minute and thank Pam, Ken and Comfort Travel for a fantastic visit to NYC
this past weekend. My 3 girlfriends and myself couldn't have found a better way to celebrate our
milestone birthday. Pam and Ken's professionalism, sense of humour and knowledge made our
first trip to The Big Apple a huge success. I have and will continue to tell my friends about
the first class service we received.

I just returned from a wonderful trip to New York with
Pam Cook as our guide and Ken Mac as our driver.
It was a great experience and I would recommend this trip
to anyone. The guide did a wonderful job and Ken was
a careful driver and we felt very secure in his bus.
On a scale of one to ten, I'd give the trip an 11.
It was great meeting Anna and putting a face to the person
I have corresponded with.

Our bus ride was smooth and entertaining, the hotel was wonderful and the tours
were extremely informative! This was my very first trip to NYC and my first ever Bus Tour and
I might add that it will not be my last!

I would like to thank Comfort Travel for an amazing trip to New York.
This was my first experience going to New York and also traveling on bus tour.
I could not have felt anymore welcome, safe and comfortable than I did during this trip.
The tour director Christine and the bus driver John were fantastic.
you could not have any better staff than the two of them.
Christine was both knowledgeable and entertaining. she kept us busy on board
the bus with games, songs, informative movies and funny stories. while Christine dealt
with buying tickets or other necessities for the trip, John took over and told us some stories
and entertained us with trivia questions. she gave us tips on how to get around Manhattan,
where to find the best deals and the cheapest places to eat.
The hotel and service was fabulous. we had very clean, large rooms and the service was great.
the people at the front desk were very kind, offering advice, help and a smile
when you needed it. the hotel was also conveniently located close to the train station,
which made it very easy to get back to the hotel on your own.
The breakfast was great and their was allot of variety to choose from.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. there was never a second where
I was bored. the entire tour was organized and prompt in positive way that allowed us to see
and do what we wanted to and still have time to explore other places.
I enjoyed myself immensely and would be interested in the Chicago trip in the new year.
I have also highly recommended this trip to many of my friends, colleagues and family members.
