My 1st trip to NYC with Pam & Ken ( Dec 17-20) was truly memorable & impressive!

Returning from a trip to the Greek Islands & Turkey, the 4 days spent in NYC surpassed this trip
in terms of action! Pam is truly one of the most personable tour directors that I've experienced-
easy going, patient, a real people person with lots of imagination with games, trivia to keep
us entertained during our drive down.  We all felt better than safe with Ken driving us to and
from NYC; anyone who can maneuvers around Manhattan in a large vehicle

Not to have expectations is how I like to travel but this entire experience
( from the drive to the hotel to the tours ) surpass any expectations one had.
I have recommended your Travel Agency & your tours to my work colleagues as they could
not believe the value received for the packages in addition to the level of service provided
by Pam & Ken.

My background in Retail Management/Corporate Communications makes one hard to impress
as our business is all about trends, change & service but what Comfort Travel provided
including Pam & Ken really impressed. Absolutely, when one travels with a busload of strangers,
not everything will suit everyone's cup of tea but that is to be expected
as we all adapt to quirks. Overall, 3 thumbs up to Comfort Travel , Pam & Ken!

I am really late in my response of how much I enjoyed my trip with you agency.  
Pam was also an excellent host.  I will definitely will be travelling with your agency again and
probably to NYC either is spring or fall.  I would like it to be a bit warmer.
 I did fully one of my dreams spending a White winter in NYC walking down
5th avenue to 34th street from the Top of the Rock.

We wanted to say how much we enjoyed our New York trip at New Years. 
This was our first bus tour and first trip to New York and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. 
We plan on going back. Pam kept us busy and entertained with games and videos of sites
we saw and had prizes to make it more exciting. Ken was completely professional,
a great driver and lots of fun with a great sense of humour. We would definitely
recommend this company, Pam and Ken to our friends.

Just a hi, and comments on our trip tours to New York City on Dec 29-01Jan.
It was a great introduction to New York. Our guide Marilyn, bus driver John,
and NYC guide Mark, with all of their different bits of information made this a wonderful experience. 
Marilyn filled in the gaps of time during the bus ride and some commentary on NY. 
Mark was great with his information on NYC and the local culture, and where to find
a great place to eat.  John “city driving” is your thing, maneuvering the way you did;
you also made our trip a total success with the comment of seeing the ball drop the night before
to avoid the crush of New Years Eve.  We did venture out to the area (Time Square)
on New Years Eve but just barely avoided a penning.  LOL This Comfort Travel
experience was well worth it for a first time to NYC.
