knowledge of the city. Both were very helpful, and kept everyone entertained throughout the trip.
The hotel in NB New Jersey was awesome and staff very friendly.
Hope to use Comforttravel again next year. Would love to try Washington.

We just wanted to say "thank you" to Comfort Tours firstly for re-scheduling our trip without cost,
and secondly for the wonderful experience in New York City. Our tour bus driver (John) was one
of the best drivers ever, so much patience. Driving in New York City is a feat in itself, let alone
driving a bus! Our tour guide (Christine) was fantastic! She was more than just a tour guide.
She was always there to answer our questions, made sure that everyone was clear on where
to meet, gave us great shopping hints and also provided lots of entertainment on the bus when
we had to wait three hours to cross the border. Kudos to both John and Christine!!!
This was our first bus trip and we both want to say that we had a great time.
We most certainly will consider using Comfort Tours again, maybe next year to Chicago!

My Husband and I were on the September 24th bus trip to NYC. It was our first time
on a bus tour and our first time visiting NYC. Had a fantastic time, would do it again.
Had a wonderful time on the bus, with other passengers. Eva our guide was wonderful,
always ready to help in anyway. Greg our driver was wonderful, safe driver,
very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this four day vacation to anyone
wishing to see New York City for the first time. The hotel in New Brunswick,
New Jersey was awesome.

We just came back from the New York bus tour of October 15 2009.
We would like to provide you with some feedback. At first, we were quite apprehensive;
we are veteran travelers but never travelled via bus tour before.
We were very pleasantly surprised, this tour of New York certainly did not disappoint!
The tour was excellent....a great way to see all the main sights of NY for the first time,
good value.
The Heldrich hotel in Jersey, rooms were excellent, bed very comfortable/clean,
the buffet breakfasts were good, staff very friendly, surprised to see just a 2 slice toaster
to service this facility, always a line, suggest hotel may want to update this appliance,
bit of an embarrassment.
The icing on this cake is Tour Director Christine and John, both excellent ambassadors
for Comfort travel.
Christine did a superb job as our tour guide. She went above and beyond in adding value,
adding fun and handling delicate housekeeping a very professional/sensible fashion.
Several hours on the road but never a dull moment, Christine made everything seem
so seamless...movies, games, puzzles, jokes, laughter, just a great deal of fun not
to mention her great NYC tips. She was very diligent in keeping us on schedule,
always kept us ahead of the curve, maximizing our time effectively to enjoy
more of the sights, free time and saving money. This lovely lady has definitely
raised the bar for all those other tour guides out there! Can't forget John,
a real gentleman, very attentive, a very safety conscience driver who can make
a bus dance in the middle of Manhattan!
Looking forward to future tours, especially Washington or Chicago,
