My wife and I just returned from your October 15-18 New York City Bus Tour.  
What a wonderful trip. Great value for the money. Our Tour Director Pam and Bus Driver Ken
were excellant and very professional in every way. Both went to great lengths to make sure the
tour was enjoyable. This tour was a great way to visit and enjoy the sights of New York.
We stayed at The Heldrich 4 star hotel which was first class in every way.

Hello,

I just came back from the New York City Bus Tour with Christine and John. 
I traveled with my husband and we had an amazing time. John was a very patient driver which
made the drive a breeze. Christine was very well organized, funny, entertaining and informative. 
The tour covered a lot of the sites which made our free time very enjoyable. 
This was a great way to see NYC and I hope to be able to do the Chicago one next year.

Hi Comfort Travel,

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to New York from Sep 24 - 27^th. 
The trip was well planned and was good value for the money. Our Tour Director, Christine ,
was extremely client focussed and resourceful and she took extra effort to provide us with information
and to make sure that we were not bored during the long bus rides by having puzzles, games,
movies, etc. John the driver was a very meticulous and careful driver and we had a comfortable
ride on all four days. The Heldrich Hotel was very pleasant with comfortable beds and
good breakfasts!!

In addition we also had good weather on our side.

For future tours you may want to consider having the bus company attach front seat pockets
for magazine, bottles of water, etc. - this could have enhanced our experience as
we had to store these on the seat.

Dear Sir,

We just came back from our trip to NewYork, where we had a wonderfull time.
The busdriver Ken was terrific and we all felt save with him. 
The tourguide Pam was also very good and helpful to us in everyway  she gave us good ideas what
to do in our freetime. Also the hotel was very good. No complains at all.
All in all we really enjoyed your tour to New York on Oct.1-4 and we will for sure tell our frieds
about your company.
