Hi there,

We had the most wonderful time in New York.  The Hotel was top notch,
all the excursions were excellently planned out and very well organized.  
The weather was awesome for this time of year and our Tour Director (Pam) was amazing.  
She kept everybody well informed and we had lots of fun on the bus which
made the long drive go by a lot quicker.  The bus ride was a bit jerky at times and
I think there was a problem with the TV volume, too loud at the back and not loud
enough at the front.

Wonderful trip.  Pam Cook was a terrific tour director. 
The hours on the bus went quickly due to her wonderful planning. 
John was most helpful in all areas.
