My mother and I chose Comfort Travel bus tour to New York for our very first visit to the
United States. It turned out to be a very pleasant and comfortable experience.
Our tour guide, Eliane Delettre, was knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable,
with a great sense of humour. She kept us entertained the whole way
to New York and back. As Eliane put it "every tour guide brings a unique view
of the tourist destination and points out particular details about the new place and
its people” and her view was fascinating and distinctive. Our bus driver,
Wayne, did an incredible job driving through busy Manhattan areas and got us home safely.
He was flexible and friendly, and went out of his way to let us enjoy the night view and take
photos of the Times Square and Manhattan. This trip was a great experience and we will
not hesitate to go on another bus tour with Comfort Travel.

Keith is a great driver, very steady on the road and a backing the bus up artist.
He was always a gentleman easy going and well mannered. Nice and easy to talk to,
even listened to passenger input. (That's me.)

Pam did a very good job in looking after our interests at the hotel, keeping us informed
and entertained on the bus. (Maybe a passenger might like to share a funny
story with the other passengers.)

I've never been to Chicago before. What a great clean city. With the addition of the local guide,
Russ, I don't think others will see some of the things we saw when they go. What a great trip. 

Suggestions: (Bearing in mind I don't know your business as well as you do.)

Yes we would consider going again, possibly to New York or Boston with
Pam and Keith at the helm.

Hi! Our Chicago tour was agreat success. Pam is avery nice and competent tour director.

She handled situations very sensibly and always gave us clear instructions.

Our driver Keith drove us through Chicago like a pro and we also appreciated having a step

on guide to give us a real feel of the city. The Westin Hotel was great. Maybe having tea as

well as coffee at breakfast time, and also toast, would have been appreciated.

In all, it was a great trip, and I would travel again with Comfort Travel. Alba Voyce

We were on the inaugural Chicago bus trip from May 21-24.  Pam was a great Tour Director and
she kept us entertained with her jokes, puzzles, raffles, and movies.  You can tell that she has
a lot of experience.  Keith, aka "Kenny",  :-)  was always on time and was able to maneuver through
the heavy downpour we experienced on the first day, and some of the narrow streets of Chicago. 
Russell the Tour Guide knows the city well, but he could add some humour to his commentaries. 
The architectural cruise was unique and educational.  We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Shedd
Aquarium and the water taxi ride and we suggest that this should be included in future trips.

The only disappointment was breakfast offered at the hotel.  There was limited variety and not very
healthy especially for those on special diets.

Overall, the trip was a lot of fun and very informative.  We found Chicago to be clean, modern,
and artsy, with lots of shopping opportunities and would love to visit again. 
Kudos to everyone involved in this trip!!!
