Hi there! Just returned from a great time in New York. Our group had Pam and Ken.
What a great crew you have working for you.  The only complaint I and my daughter
had was the uncomfortable bus seats. The head rests are in the wrong place for us seeing
we are 5 ft. tall. Other than that the trip was great. We had time to do the things that we wanted
to do and saw the things that we wanted to see. Thanks for a great Birthday present for
my daughter which makes her Mom great as well.

I have nothing but positive comments to say about the trip that I just finished to New York City. 
The tour guide (Pam) did a really great job, she was informative, very helpful and did a really
great job at entertaining the group on the long bus ride.  I enjoyed how the tour was set up
as far as what sights were seen on which day of the tour.  I would have preferred to stay at
a hotel in NYC but I am sure to keep the costs down the hotel that was chosen was nice and
not too far away.  I was pleased to see a good size breakfast buffet included in the cost.
 
Ken the bus driver was courteous and friendly, did a great job looking after the passangers
and did a great job driving.

Just a short e-mail to let you know we had the best time on your tour to New York. We went from
May 13 to 16th. Wayne was our driver and he was outstanding. So helpful everytime we got on
and off the bus. I was with a lady in a wheel chair and he couldn't have been more helpful.
Oksana was our Tour Director and she was just the best. Always there to help us with a smile
on her face. I was hoping that Oksana could e-mail me the group picture taken in the park.
Thank you so much to both of them for everything they did for us.
