Dear Comfort Travel,

We have recently returned from our bus tour to Chicago. We had a wonderful time throughout
our experience. This is our 2nd bus tour with Comfort Travel.

Natasha, our Tour Guide, was terrific. She was attentive to detail, interacted with all
of the passengers, & was ready to advocate on our behalf whenever an issue developed.
She has a great sense of humour, & also had admirable values.
She feels that it is important to learn something about places we visit, & had prepared
a quiz on the last day to help us test our knowledge. She was helpful about answering questions
about other destinations, eg, Russia.

Keith, our driver, did an excellent job of avoiding as many traffic jams as possible.
We always felt confident with both his driving & navigating.

Our Hotel was excellent except for breakfast on the 1st day. There were few food choices.
After the 1st day, fresh fruit & cold cereal was added to the menu. This was an improvement.

The Chicago Tours were interesting and informative. I liked all of them.
A few suggestions: less time at the Pier, include time for a visit at 1 Museum.
I really like the routine of having tours until 3 pm, & then having free time until the evening.

I hope that you will soon be able to offer bus trips & tours to Boston.

Hello!!

It was nice tour to New York. Also services of guide and bus operator were excellent.

It would have been great if we had little more time allotted for shopping at Waterloo
Premium Outlets.

My daughter and really enjoyed our recent trip to New York City with Confort Tours. 
Our tour guide, Pam, was professional and fun, and kept us informed and entertained throughout
the entire excursion. We found that we were a bit rushed on our tour with the guide from New York -
but I guess we had to cover a lot of territory in a short time - sometimes difficult for seniors and those
with difficulty walking such as myself.  Ken, the bus driver was excellent - and he and Pam make
a good team.  I would have liked to linger a couple of days longer to tour more of the sites on
a more leisurely basis.  Thanks again for a wonderful experience in a great city!

This was my first bus tour and I had virtually no idea what to expect particularly the long bus
trip to and from destination.  You must appreciate that I was travelling alone as I was recently
a widower; sharing a voyage with a partner is much more fulfilling. I was pleasantly surprised
and pleased with the performance of the Tour guide "Pam" ; her professionalism, stories, games
and movies kept us entertained I have not laughed so much in years. this made what could have
been a boring  and dull voyage most enjoyable. 

The tour through Manhattan, Liberty & Ellis Islands were nicely coordinated the bus driver "Ken"
is to be commended for his abilities and arrival at  pick-up points.

Unfortunately I do not have any photos as I did not bring a camera; photos
were available at all venues.
