Hello.  Just returned from a trip with Sue and Ken to New York City.  It was fabulous-the
driver Ken, was so calm and knew his way around every street in the city.  Sue was
fun and informative and kept things going so smoothly.  The activities were well planned,
we liked going up to the top of the Rock after having been on the city tour so we could
recognize streets and landmarks we`d already seen.  Our city tour guide, Gideon, was
funny and full of knowledge-my only complaint was that he moved at quite a pace walking
through Central Park and would begin his commentary before all the group was assembled
at each stop.  But it was wonderful to walk through the park instead of just driving around
it.The bus was comfortable, but I thought that the guide could caution passengers against
reclining their seat backs for the comfort of those behind them-space is at a premium!
And when maps or information was handed out, there should have been a copy for
each
person, even though we were in pairs,  we weren`t all going to the same place all
the time. All in all it was a wonderful experience, and we`re looking forward to traveling
with Comfort again-maybe Chicago next spring!

Hi,

My son and I went to New York on a tour in May.  It was nothing short of fantastic!!  I had
been to NY twice before and learned so much on this trip it seemed like a brand-new city
to me.  We stayed at the Hyatt  in New Brunswick, NJ and it was a great treat to be able
to get a look at this part of the US.  Eliane, the tour guide, and Gary, the driver, were both
superb!!

We are definitely going on a second tour with Comfort Travel - maybe to Washington DC
next year!!  I would highly recommend anyone to take a tour with Comfort Travel!!

Sincerely,

Lori and Gabriel

Good Morning.  I returned from the New York trip on Sunday evening.  The trip exceeded
my expectations.  The bus driver, Greg, was extremely skilled, courteous and kind and
drove through the countryside as well as the busiest New York streets with unflagging
patience, care as well as flexibility when required to make last minute changes due to
unforeseen circumstances.

*     Eliane was the most wonderful guide, again - patient, kind,

professional and considerate, as well as a fount of information as we travelled.  She
somehow managed to make the long drives back and forth entertaining - quiet when
we needed quiet and quizzes, historical/geographical information to keep us engaged
and interested.

*     Thank you very much for the inclusion of Mark Levy - it was

delightful to hear from a native New Yorker and I feel the entire trip was greatly
enhanced by his humour and knowledge.

In short, I cannot wait for my next trip with Comfort - and as I mentioned to my friend
who accompanied me, if only we could travel the world like this

- I would never get on a plane again!

Thank you!

Good Morning!

I would like to share a few thoughts on our recent tour with Comfort Travel.
Our party of 3 travelled with Comfort Travel in its inaugural visit to Boston during the
Easter Weekend, 2011.  Our tour guide Pam did a wonderful job, not only keeping our
group occupied while travelling, but also in helping us to get the most out of our 4 day
visit to Boston, and Cape Cod.   Despite the horrible rainy weather for our walking
tour of the Freedom Trail and around historic Boston, Pam, along with our local guide,
kept things moving along, and interesting.   We had a lovely day on Easter Sunday
travelling to Hyannis, and Plymouth with glorious weather and lots of quaint sightseeing
opportunities.   Pam handled herself professionally during all situations, even when
she lost her camera!

Our bus driver Ken, was another seasoned professional in whom we had complete
confidence.   Ken obviously knew the route, as well as the city of Boston very well,
and handled our one mechanical emergency with speed and efficiency, and got us
on our way again quickly.   We commented to ourselves repeatedly that it was so
nice to be sightseeing, and to leave the driving and responsibilities to Ken and Pam.

We had a very busy 4 days for our adventure to Boston and felt that we certainly took
full advantage of as much as there was to see and do, in such a short time.   Our only
suggestion, as this is the maiden voyage for Comfort Travel to Boston, would be to allow
passengers an option during the afternoons while in Boston.   For example, our hotel had
a lovely pool, as well as gym, hot-tub, and sauna.   Each person in our party would have
liked the option to have a few hours before dinner on each the Saturday and Sunday, to
either be dropped back at the hotel, while others could opt to stay in Boston proper and
continue with the group.   I understand that with larger groups, this is not always possible,
We were lucky enough to have a small group of about 20 people, and this made for some
flexibility.   As it was, our days consisted of leaving the hotel right after breakfast and not
arriving back at the hotel until about 8:00 - 9:00 pm.   Luckily we had the stamina for this,
but I can see this schedule might preclude others with either medical limitations, older
passengers, or those who don't wan't to keep up such a pace.

However, we enjoyed our days fully, especially the option that we took of a group dinner
on Sunday at No-Name Seafood.

I will forward some photos of our trip, once my husband has them ready to send.
Thanks again for a great adventure to Boston, and we look forward to travelling again
with you in the future!

Sincerely,

Sandy & Fred Webb, and Gary Dee.
