My daughter and I were on the NYC trip  from March 12th - 15th. 
From boarding the bus on Sat. morning to coming home on the 15th the trip was fabulous. 
The comfort stops were timed well. 
The tour guide Sue Stickler was pleasant, very knowledgeble, and humourous. 
The hotel arrangements were good, information was accurate, the New York guide was very
informative without being boring. 
The whole trip was safely driven by Ken, the coach driver. 
He was friendly, funny and was able to safley navigate the narrow very busy streets
of New York city. 
I have already put a recommendation on my Facebook page that if a trip was in your future that
Comfort Tours would be the way to go. 
When another trip is in my future I will choose your company.

We just came back from NY and I must say that we had a great time. 
The tour was well organized and Sue our guide was awesome. 
She was well organized and very friendly to all. 
She went out of her way to accommodate every person on that bus that had a question. 
She showed a very broad knowledge of New York
and she helped many of us with directions to the places that we wanted to get to. 
Ken our bus driver was excellent.  You have a great pair with Sue and Ken. 
Manhattan traffic just blew me away.  I never imagined traffic could be like that.  
Ken handles that bus like it was a small car.  I can't send him enough praise.  He was terrific. 
One thing that would have made the bus more travel friendly would be a travel holder for a bottle
or cup and maybe a mesh catch all in front of you like on the airplanes. 
This would have made the bus ride alot better as you would have had
somewhere to put your things. 
Other than that, the bus was kept very clean.

I just wanted to let you know how amazing our trip was. We went from March 12th to March 15th

We went to New York City, Sue was our tour guide and Ken was our driver.

We had a fantastic time; we enjoyed every second of the trip.
Ken was amazing, safe, and helpful. Ken went out of his way to take us by certain places that
we wanted to go; as well as dropping people off in the city at different parts.

Sue knew the answer to almost every question she had,
and the ones she didn't she found out for us.

Hardee (our walk on tour guide) was wonderful; He knew all the answers, knew the city,
and knew the history of the city.

We are so thankful we went on this tour. 

This tour inspired me to look into being a tour manager as a career.
So I just wanted to say thank you for arranging this trip.

The only "complaint" we have was that we wish the trip was too short.

The staff at the Hyatt Regency Hotel we stayed at was amazing; specifically
the manager of the restaurant.

So thank you so much for an amazing trip!

Hello to everyone at Comfort Travel.   John Hoffman and Margaret Roddy had a wonderful time,
it was our second time to New York City. 
Tour Director Pat Cook is without a doubt - special in every way. 
You feel like a family on the bus trip, she has a wonderful sense of humour, 
she is a listener, caring,  and a great organizer, the driver was outstanding,  in the crazy weather, 
and definately driving
in New York City,  especially with the weather they had before we arrived, 
which made it so much
more difficult that last New Years Eve, 
So congratulations to Pam, Greg,  Al, &  Staff. including you
personnel on the phones, they all have a wonderful telephone manner.  Keep up the good work. 
We will be going to Boston and Washington for sure.
