I attended a New York trip in November 2010 with my sister and a friend. 
Within the first 30 minutes where our tour guide Pam provided us with the agenda,
what to expect
along with her knowledge and experience she had us considering another
trip before this one had begun. 
Our bus driver was an exceptional driver, friendly and knowledgeable. 
The tour provides a guide for the morning but then allows us to explore the city by ourselves. 
At the end of the night the bus & guide meets up to take us back to the hotel safely but also gives
the opportunity to stay back if we decide instead. 
The weather was too beautiful to return to the hotel early so we took advantage and
as explained by our guide how to return to the hotel we found our
way safely (using NY's equivalent to our GO train).
I look forward in joining another tour guide this year and I would bring my mother along this time
because there is something for all ages and for each individuals pace.

Hello, I had such a good time that I don’t know where to begin. 
The whole tour far exceeded my expectations, of which, I am very grateful.

The host for this tour was Eliane, and I can’t say enough of about how great she is;
from the moment I stepped onto the bus to the end of the tour Eliane was a gracious host,
extremely knowledgeable and she made all of us feel welcome.

The only grumble I could think of was, the tour wasn’t long enough, another couple of days
would have been grand.

I want to thank both Eliane and Keith for a great tour.

We recently went to New York City with "Comfort Tours". It was our first bus trip ever
and far exceeded our expectations.
Eliane was the perfect host in terms of planning, execution, personallity, information,
organization and historical content.

 Mark Levy was amazing in helping us fall in love with "his New York". Keith managed to weave
that bus through NYC like it was a mountain bike. 

The Corning Museum was overwhelming and deserved much more time. 
One more day would have rounded out one of the best vacations we have ever had!
