Testimonial re: Trip to New York over the Thanksgiving Weekend.

We had a wonderful time on our trip to New York through Comfort Travel.
Firstly the tour guide was fantastic, Natasha was so well informed, friendly, very approachable,
open and receptive to any question or inquiry and made everyone feel very much at home.
We really thought she was an outstanding tour guide, you're lucky to have her.
The driver, Greg, was also fantastic, what an expert driver, New York is a crazy place
for driving but he did a phenomenal job.
He was always cool and collected no mater what the situation.
Natasha and Greg worked very well together and made a great team.

The journey was long but breaking it up with stops, usually every couple of hours,
made it more bearable.
I commend Comfort Travel for trying to have a balance of organized tour and free time.
I think you have found the right combination.

The hotel was great, the rooms were very spacious and clean.
All staff were very friendly and helpful.
We enjoy the breakfast which offered a lot of variety.
We really enjoyed the town of New Brunswick,
both for its small town feel and the number of restaurant choices.
We took the opportunity to look
around the town a bit and enjoyed a lovely meal in one of its restaurants.

NEW YORK, was unbelievable, what a vibrate, incredible busy city.  So much to see but the
two days provided firstly an opportunity to get a taste of the sites, our City Guide was also of
a very high caliber, we enjoyed the first day very much and the second with the ferry ride
to firstly Liberty Island and then to Ellis Island was wonderful.  The trip to see the Statue
of Liberty was the highlight for me.

And lastly the cost of the trip, so very affordable and at such a high standard.
I'm now planning a trip next year with my Mum on your three city tour of Montreal,
Ottawa and Quebec City, I'm talking to my daughters about a trip to Chicago.

We've been telling all of friends about this trip and recommending that they take
their significant other and enjoy.

YES, we had one of the best time of all of our trips. First of all we have the  very excellent driver" Gregg". Thanks so much Gregg for bringing us home safe and sound. Then here comes the no. 1 tour guide; NATASHA GORANSKAYA. I mean she definitely the BEST tour guide in the whole world. My husband and I, we travel a lot around the world including cruising, and we joined organized tour so we can learn much more about the country or the city. And no....body can compare to her at all. She is so.... intellegent,so proffessional,  yet very funny, amazing and most of all full of informations. She is an absolutely enjoyable to travel with. I am sure we all have the same experienced in that whole group. Infact, the next time we're going on another tour we will certainly request for her again. What a privilege and a Blessing to be in her tour group. We truly appreciates her so... much and her enthusiasms in life. Natasha, Jim and I, we can't  thank you enough, you made Jim's big 50th birthday the most memmorable one and the best experienced we had... Again, thanks a million!!! And we will certainly recommend Comfort Travel to any one who wish to travel to all of your distinations in the U. S. or Canada.  From Jim and Yolanda Johnson, with Love and God's Blessings!!!

My husband and I just came back from a four day tour of Chicago.
Pam was our tour director and Wayne the driver.

I anticipated much like an airline tour, a few hours reading our books,
a little looking out of the window and some people watching...well was I  wrong...
we were entertained from the get go...Pam, with her games, movies, jokes, and continual abuse
of Uncle Wayne (the good sport) Wayne's driving was second to none...being the back
seat driver that I am, I felt very safe and confident, that he did not need my expertise,
the whole experience was relaxing and comfortable. For once my husband could sit back,
relax and enjoy...

Chicago speaks for itself, if you are visiting I assume you know why you are,
my advise is to do your homework as to how you would like to spend your free time....
museums, shopping, sightseeing, river cruise, etc. There is something for everyone.

If I was to change anything, it would be day two.  The free time in the afternoon, could include dinner
(or not), on your own, with an early return to the hotel and the option of dinner at the hotel
or the area restaurants, with some time to shop or enjoy the hotel pool etc.or shopping
in the adjecent outdoor mall.
While the opportunity to enjoy the downtown dining experience was notable,
time was not on our side, (45 min wait for service).

The bus was a stretch to say luxury, I found it a little cramped, however for the time spent it
was adequate. The hotel was "heavenly", truly luxurious and was definitely one of the perks..

I for sure will book again for the New York trip and I can only hope that we are fortunate
to have the small bit mighty Pam and Wayne as our hosts.

Regards, the de Paulsens.

Hi

We recently took your New York City trip and throughly enjoyed it. Although we had two days
of rainy weather the commentary by Grahame our guide and Mark the NYC guide still
made the tours very interesting. Greg, the driver, was excellent. The Hyatt hotel
in New Brunswick was also great.
We highly recommend this trip.

Many, many thanks for just an absolutely wonderful trip to New York City.
As first time visitors to the Big Apple, your tour was perfect for us
in becoming familiar with the highlights.
Keith, our bus driver, deserves an award for his driving abilities in a constant torrential downpour
on our way to New York; Binnie our super cheerful power shopping tour guide made us all
feel so comfortable and up beat; and Hardy, our New York City tour guide was extremely
knowledgeable and so well informed on the history and happenings in NYC.

The accommodation at the Hyatt in New Brunswick, New Jersey was first rate and
the breakfast buffets were scrumptious.  Not only that, finding a Tim Horton's near
Grand Central Station and another on Times Square really made the day... :-)

The reconstruction of the World Trade Center was both awe inspiring and solemn
at the same time.
Definitely a reminder of what can happen in the blink of an eye.
So terribly tragic but tremendously uplifting to see what is rising out of the rubble.

And, our fellow travellers were such a pleasure to tour with.
What a friendly, happy group.  I just loved watching the purse buying frenzies.
