Dear Comfort Travel.

Thank-you for a wonderful experience with your tour company on the Woodstock Ontario
to NYC Bus trip Sept 23/10 with Pam the tour guide and Ken Max. 

I am a nurse who accompanied my 77 year old mom Sophie on the adventure.
Both Pam and Ken were not only attentive to mom's health and wheelchair challenges,
but in most cases anticipated and addressed things to fully streamline the experience
for both of us. 
The hotel and breakfasts were definitely 4 star. We enjoyed NYC and would certainly consider 
travelling with your company in the future.

When I signed up for the tour with mom, I must admit I wasn't too thrilled about
the long bus ride and anticipated endless boredom. 
To my amazement (and I'm not easily impressed)
Pam had an entire repetoire of inter-active stories, jokes, activities,and videos. 
She was both entertaining and informative.  The bus ride was well spaced with stops
and very comfortable physically. 

 Pam and Ken catered continuously to the many challenging wishes and requests of the group. 
Both had absolutely ensured  that everyone left very satisfied with the NYC travel experience.   

I would recommend this trip to people of all ages as both fun and educational

It was one of the best organized tours I've ever joined, and I extend my utmost gratitude
to our travel guide,
Natasha Goranskaya, and our driver Brian. Our step-on guides should also be commended.  
This trip gave me personally a much, much more appreciation of this country,
thanks in great measure
to the wealth of knowledge that our travel guides possess, especially Natasha.
I am sure my friends, Guia Powers, Lucy Petriv and Stanley Bienczak share my thoughts
on this wonderful and memorable experience during this trip.

Hello Friends at Comfort Travel!
 
I'm sure you receive wonderful tributes for Pam and Ken on a regular basis. 
I am not a person, that has the time to write alot of tributes, thus the late hour!  BUT,
I couldn't let this opportunity go, without writing my own tribute.  Pam goes above and beyond
the call of duty, to remain cheerful, helpful and funny as hell!  She is well-versed on New York......
a wealth of knowledge and interesting facts.  Pam has nothing but positive comments for people
behind the scenes too (Al and Anna) and is obviously a happy employee.  Ken is a competent,
careful and courteous driver.  Ken had a minor scratch event in a parking lot and remained calm,
cool and collected. 
Both Pam and Ken were so apologetic about the delay, which was only 1 hour.  
We thoroughly enjoyed our 32nd wedding anniversary spent onboard your coach enroute
to a lovely time in New York.  We had a wheelchair bound passenger (and her two daughters) 
and Ken was out the door and getting that wheelchair out in a flash, at every stop. 
I think that family was most grateful for the service. 
I would recommend your tour services to anyone!

It was an awesome trip to New York. We sure were kept on the go.
Pam Cook took great care of us. She made the bus ride fun with her jokes, stories, games etc.
She is a real hoot! She was a great help and could answer questions and let us know good places
to shop. Ken was an excellent driver and drove around those streets in Manhattan like a real pro.
Our bus load of people were bumped from their usual hotel in New Brunswick to one in Morrisburg.
The rooms were great. They were clean, had a fridge, comfy beds, although a stool to get on it
would have been nice for short people. The breakfast was super! What a way to start the day.
The staff were very friendly too. It would have been nice to have had more time at Ellis Island.
I wanted to find family names but we never got there. The weather was 85 - 90 degrees and humid.
The view from 'Top of The Rock' was worth every penny. There was just so much to see and
do but the New York tour guide who joined in told us about alot about  N.Y. as Ken drove around.
When we got off the bus to walk around to things we could not hear the N.Y. tour guide.
There were just too many noises which drowned his voice out. He should wear a mic.
Each night we fell into bed exhausted!
