The Chicago tour (Sept 3-6, 2010) was an excellent one.
The city tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the city's history and must-see sites.
I thoroughly enjoyed her narratives and stories.

Our tour director Pam Cook was "first-class" - very organized, customer-oriented,
and truly caring about the needs of her passengers. She also made sure the long bus
rides were entertaining. This is the second Comfort Travel tour I joined where
Pat was the tour director (the first was last year's Labour Day weekend in New York).
She was excellent at that time as well. In fact, I had such a good time then that 
I thought of joining your Chicago tour this year and even brought a friend along.

I also appreciated Wayne, our bus driver during this Chicago trip, who was safety
conscious at all times and who was very accommodating to all of us.

The Renaissance Hotel in Oak Brook was very comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was wonderful! It was such a good way to start a day of touring.

Keep up the good work. I look forward to joining your Boston Tour next year.

Good evening Comfort Travel

Recently my husband John, son John and mother Marg traveled with you to Chicago...
Sept 3-Sept6.  We all had a wonderful time due mostly to the friendly and helpful tour guide
Pam and also the driver Wayne.  They both made the trip memorable and were very
accommodating to all of us as a group.  Pam's motto was..."It's your trip folks, so what would
you like to do?"  Majority ruled and I found this to be a great way to get
times straight especially when it came to shopping!!!  Wayne took a group over
to the aquarium saving them a water taxi fare which I'm sure they all appreciated.

Chicago was everything we hoped it would be...the waterfront is out of this world and
we would highly recommend the boat excursions...the views from the water...breathtaking! 
My husband and son took in a Cubs game on the Sunday which left my mother and myself
free to explore the pier and to get to Grant Park.  All in all I would go back to Chicago
in a heart beat and my son has already informed me that he wants to live there!! 
We loved New York but Chicago is now neck and neck with the "big Apple"

I would also like to add that the hotel (Renaissance) had the most comfy beds that
we have ever slept in.  After a long day on our feet it was nice to come back, relax
and hop in the sheets.  The buffet breakfast was wonderful each morning and I had lots
of choices due to a food allergy....the Cheesecake factory next door was a great temptation!

I would highly recommend Comfort Travel in the future...your name says it all! 
We're looking forward to a possible trip to Boston next year and I would hope
to have Pam and Wayne as our escorts again.  Thankyou very much for a wonderful
holiday and many happy memories that you have created.

Hi,

    I was with my family ( we're four) in the New York tour ( Aug 26-29) . 
Before we went for this tour I've been searching for a bus tour company that will facilitate our tour. 
The website of Comfort Tours Canada impresses me so much that it actually gives all the details 
and the way the daily schedule was described, it looks like it will give us a very organized tour. 
Some of my friends recommended other companies that brought them to the same place but I still
went ahead with Comfort travel and they lived up to my expectation. It was indeed very organized
and efficient, our tour director Graham was so nice and accommodating, so with our driver 
Wayne who was  an excellent driver who made us feel safe while travelling the road.

      We were also quite lucky to be with the people who've been with us at the bus as they were
all punctual when it comes to the time that's why we're always on time and sometimes even
ahead of our schedule. Everything seems perfect in this trip .

The hotel was also good except that the internet access was not complimentary 
which surprises me.    

Over-all we had an excellent trip to New York and we also enjoyed shopping and exploring
the place on our own during our free time.We'll not think twice to have another tour with
Comfort travel.

Dear Comfort Travel

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-cities tour (Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa). 
Natasha, our tour guide, was excellent!  She communicated well with all on the tour,
was informative and helpful and we could not fault her.  We would definitely request to have
her as a guide, should we tour with you again in the future.

In addition, Tanya was most helpful to us in arranging the tour. 
She replied promptly to our emails and made it all possible.

We have already recommended your company and tour to our
Australian friends, and one couple will be booking with you in 2011.
