   I couldn't have picked a better tour for my first trip to New York City.  Our tour guide Binnie
made the whole trip exciting and fun.  Her kindness to all made us feel like one big happy family. 
Our driver Ken drove that big bus through the busy, crowed, noisy streets of New York City like
the pro he is.  Mark, our city tour guide was full of interesting history and stories. 
The lodgings and breakfasts were excellent.  What more can I say?  I'd go back in a NY minute.

Hello:

I was on the trip to New York August 5th to 8th and wanted to let you know what a great time I had.

Our driver Ken was great.  He was confident and calm while manuevering the bus through the
heavy New York traffic.

Our tour guide Binnie was fantastic.  I was so impressed with the amount of information and
material Binnie provided.  Binnie was never impatient with repetative questions and
I felt that she wanted to make sure we had a good trip. 
Binnie was also able to keep the bus entertained on the long drive.

Once again, thank you Binnie and Ken.

I am replying on behalf of four members of our family.

We had a great time, and appreciate that the time spent on the bus was necessary in order for
us to see and do everything.  We thought that the tour was the right length for our needs. 
People with more time should look for a longer tour, but this one suited us.

We have only high praise for our Tour Director – Jackie, and our driver – Wayne. 
They were very professional and well-informed.  The hop-on tour guides were also very
well-informed.  Jean in Quebec City was very passionate about his city, but perhaps
went into too much detail on some topics.  As a Canadian I was most interested,
but a tourist from Iran might not feel the same interest in the battle on the Plains of Abraham.

I suggest that your meeting place at Square One should be close to the
Tim Horton’s restaurant where people can wait and have a cup of coffee and use the washrooms. 
The LCBO location, opposite the Panera Bakery was not easy to find, and the bakery did
not open until 7:00 a.m., so we are very grateful to Wayne for being very early to pick us up.

Hi,
We thank you very much for a very well organised, informative, and interesting tour on Saturday
July 31st to August 2nd, 2010. Sue, our tour guide, was exceptionally knowledgeable,
friendly, pleasant, and approachable.  The two tour guides for Montreal and Quebec City
were also very knowledgeable and friendly.  We learnt a lot from them all and will certainly
recommend this tour and bus tour company to others.  Greg, our driver is such an experienced
driver, so skillful, calm and helpful.  We wish him well as he continues to keeep us so safe
on these roads.
WE always wanted to visit Quebec City and was not disappointed.
