driving us through the busy streets of Manhattan.

 we stayed at the wonderful Hyatt hotel ,good beds and great breakfast to start our day.

 also good location with many wonderful restaurants within a block.

Dear Comfort Travel,

I must share how thrilled I am with this trip, (New York July 22-25, 2010) and how
sad everyone was to say good bye. (We all exchanged emails and phone numbers.
Most people were from all over the world, with few from Toronto.) This was due entirely
to the professionalism and the dedication of your guide. 

She did not only do her job by providing timely, historical and entertaining information
on sights, she also created group cohesion and an atmosphere for friendships by organizing
games, and sharing jokes.  She put everyone at ease, and memorized everyone’s names quickly. 
The atmosphere was so friendly that we were always sharing with each other’s our shopping
experiences and purchases, and whereabouts.  She even took the trouble to provide those
who needed one with subway maps. 

This was my second trip to the Big Apple with your organization.
  I enjoyed the first trip, but this one was truly remarkable.  I will most certainly recommend
it to friends and colleagues.  The guide’s name was Eliane and she spoke at least
4 languages on the bus.  Thank you for a great trip!!

Dear Comfort Travel!

This was my first guided bus tour in the 73 years of my life. I had two teenage visitors from
Germany and wanted them to have a good time. Four weeks is hard to fill when there is so much
to choose from. It started with camping in small tents and ended in New York City,
what a contrast.

I searched the trip on the internet and your web pages were my first hit. I could not believe 
how well the pages were designed. Everything was there at the tip of my fingers in perfect
sequence, all the details, prices, meeting points, what we will see, nothing missing,
even points of intererest when we would be on our own, in short:
A job well done from the start and no reason to search
any further. The price was right, the hotel immaculate.

Our tour director Eliane Delettrewas dynamite. She never tired, she was as peppy on the day
we boarded the bus until we disembarked. Always friendly and ready to assist in any way.
Was there anything we were not sure about, she would find out, she never left us hanging
in the air. A rare person with a wonderful personality, never cross when we asked a second
time or lagged behind her flag, always smiling, I wish I could be like her. She was able
to speak German and French, which was an asset to my visitors.

And so was our driver Wayne, a great guy who knew how to make the tightest turns
on those busy streets in midtown Manhatten, he was relaxed while I got the jitters.

Congratulations, a job well done by both of them and all of you who were involved
to make our trip a memory for life.

We would also like you to join our tours to Chicago,3 city (Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa)

Now that I know how relaxing it is to be driven, rather than having to drive, I will go on
tour with you again and think of those that are listed above. In NY I pretty well knew
what to expect, but in Chicago, I have no idea.

The 3 day tour to Montreal Quebec and Ottawa was amazing I couldn’t have asked for
a better time. 
The tour guide Sue was fantastic very pleasant knew a lot about the places that we visited. 
The guides that we had from Montreal and Quebec were superb. 

I would go with Sue again as the tour guide.  She is everything that you want in
a person when you are traveling for 3 days with the same people.

Comfort Travel is an amazing company for anyone who wants to do any travelling any where.

Had a fantastic time, definitely will go again.
