The trip was great. Starting from the very beginning, this trip was so much more than what we
expected. Sue (Susan) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, kind and accommodating.
What a great smile. Our driver, Greg, was the best driver ever. We were always on time and always
at the right place at the right time. The trip was organized well and we did not feel any fatigue
at all from the long drive.

Dear Tanya,

It just looks like I have contacted you few days ago enquiring about the New York trip and here
we are already back from the trip. After my enquiry a friend of mine Dr. Mallya had contacted
Anna and booked this tour for us through comfort travel.

Ms. Pam Cook was our tour director and Greg was our driver. I would like to leave a word
of appreciation for both of them as they were really too good in their work. Pam kept entertaining
us throughout our journey and she was so full of energy & information. She did utilize the every
moment of the journey to educate us about the places we going to visit and its really helped
us to understand and enjoy the places that we visited in New York.

Greg’s driving is outstanding and we really would like to thank him for driving us in and around
New York in those busy streets and giving enough time to enjoy each spot of attraction.

Hardie, our NY tour guide was equally good and kind enough to answer any questions.

I would also like to thank Anna and you for organizing such a wonderful tour, the memories
of which we will cherish forever. Both of your hard work was truly reflected in the comfort that
we enjoyed which is indeed very much appreciated. Great team work…..

HI there!  My husband and I just returned from a trip to New York this past Monday night.
We had an absolute blast as did the four other couples that we travelled with. 
Our guide was Pam Cook and the driver was Ken Mac??. 
Well there is NO way that I could not take a minute to write to let you know that both
were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at their jobs. 

I have been in touch with many friends as well as family members since our return
and have relayed to them the enjoyment we had while touring with your company. 
The agenda was terrific, the pace was perfect and the kind, fun and caring attitudes exhibited
by Ken and Pam made the experience flawless.  My husband and I are interested in going
on another trip with your tour company and will, no doubt, have no difficulty whatsoever
in finding friends to join us.  When we do book, we will be asking to be part of the
'Ken and Pam' crew! Our thanks most sincerely goes out to both Ken and Pam for the
HUGE part they played in the enjoyment for all involved.  There couldn't have been
one passenger who wasn't made to feel included in the fun.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and please pass on a word of praise and
encouragement for a job very well done to Pam and Ken.  It was my husbands and
my first bus tour and it was made far more pleasurable because of your staff.
