I just want you to know that Carol was awesome, she cares about everyone on the
bus and always has our interest at heart all the time. Everyone on the tour loved her as
we all talked and got along as if we all knew each other for years.
 
John the bus driver was top notched too......
very good driver and was very punctual for everything.
 
If I was guarenteed to have Carol and John on a Chicago tour I wouldnt hesitate to be on the bus.
 
My wife and I were celebrating our 27th Wedding Anniversary and the minute my wife told
Carol she made sure she was part of our celebration with a gift. Carol is a big
plus to your companies success.

Our trip to New York was much more than we expected!  Our tour director Pam was amazing,
full of information and energy.  Our driver was wonderful, he drove us there safely and navigated
 that big bus expertly through those New York streets.
 
We loved the guided tours both by Pam and the New York tour director was also amazing
and knowledgeable. 
 
As a first time visitor to New York, this tour was just the thing to take it all in for the first time. 
I definitely will want to return to New York, and would definitely recommend this tour
company to my friends.

My sister, Susan Harris, daughter, Megan Paterson, and I throroughly enjoyed our trip to
New York thanks to our tour guide Carole Hartley and bus driver John.

They made the trip stress free for us!!  I can't imagine what they could have done to make
the trip any better!  They were unfailingly caring and helpful. 

The accommodations in New Jersey were very comfortable.

The only possible improvement would be a more comfortable bus.

It was a fantastic experience, new for us. We shared the tour with our daughter Sandra and
we three had a great time. Chicago is an amazing city. Binnie and Keith made our lives very easy.
They are both top of the line. We will go for sure to New York in the future. You have a very good
organization and Binnie represents your company in a great way. Hope to see both Keith and
Binnie again in the future

I am enclosing a picture of us before taking the Architectural Cruise. It is a must  and
the tour guide was incredible.
