Our trip with Comfort Travel to New York City was an unforgettable experience! Our driver Jake was
courteous, capable and friendly. Our guide Oksana was knowledgeable, helpful and put me at ease
right from the beginning of the trip. We enjoyed the many sights and the NY tour guide we had with
us on the first day did a wonderful job. The entire trip was well organized. It was great to have the
time on our own to further explore the city. The hotel accommodations were excellent as well.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was a great way to get our busy
days underway. I would highly recommend this trip! My daughters and I will have fond
memories for years to come.

My Mom and I had a fabulous time in New York thanks to all of you! Wayne our driver was truly 
professional  and went that "extra mile" to meet all our needs from the moment we boarded 
your modern bus until we were safely home.  Suzanne was an excellent tour guide and provided us
with countless extras like offering us candy "kisses". The Hyatt in New Brunswick, 
New Jersey offered spacious comfortable accommodations and delicious buffet breakfasts. 
Hardy, our New York guide knew the city like a pro and provided an excellent introduction
to Manhattan.  Suzanne was very skilled at coordinating all 51 passengers as we boarded and
disembarked 3 ferries to visit Ellis Island and the statue of Liberty. Moreover when I visited 
your office prior to our journey  all of you were helpful in obtaining the correct trip insurance
for my 84 year old Mom.  Both of us plan to take more bus adventures with you and have
recommended  your tours to all our friends and relatives!

I would like to thank you for a wonderful trip to Chicago on the July 1st weekend.  Our guide,
Eliana, and our driver, John were both professional and fun - a perfect combination in my opinion.  
The trip was well planned, the tour guides were excellent and the hotel was first class -
what a bargain!  As someone who walks with a cane I especially appreciated being shown
how to use the train to return to the hotel if I did not want to wait for the bus pick-up.  
That gave me the freedom to choose and saved me a fortune is taxi fares (the trains cost only $4).
 I hear you may be considering a trip to Boston in the future - I hope that is true because
I would certainly travel with Comfort Travel again.  Peta Daniels

Hi there,

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Chicago.  The tour guide was Eliane and the bus driver
John both did a wonderful job.  Eliane kept us busy with games & showed us a few movies. 
We loved  going shopping & the free time was just right.

The trip was well worth it and since we always wanted to see Chicago
( which also happens to be Obama town ) we brought back wonderful memories with us.

Next year if you’ll could arrange a package trip to Boston, we would be happy to join.
