Lesley Kipis (Developmentally Challenged) and myself enjoyed the tours immensley.
I know I would have enjoyed to be able to spend more time exploring the museums and
places of interests.

I would be interested in your New York and Chicago tours. What is the price for a single person
as well as for a couple who wish to go? Do you have group rates for any of the tours?

It would have been appreciated to know in advance about the tips and gratuities needed
for the tour guides as this was not known and it would have been helpful to be able to plan budget
wise to include these extra expenditures.

Natasha, did an excellent job. She was easy to listen to and was very attentive to our needs
as well as to the other passengers needs. She is very knowledgable.

Hi,
I did not join the tour but made arrangements for my relatives for this tour who are visiting from
Vancouver.  Your website is very useful and informative which was the reason I recommended
you to them.  Your operators were also very helpful and friendly in answering the questions and
responding to their/my request promptly by phone and by email. 
Your tour guide Pam got the highest praise from them. 
She is very helpful, friendly, hardworking, and very knowledgeable. 
She also called me and give me direction on where to drop them off at their pick up point
in Grimsby.  Overall, it was a very good experience for them and for me with your company. 
I will recommend you to my friends for sure anytime.

We just got back from the New York July 8-11 trip.  My friend and I had a wonderful time. 

Our tour guide Pam is one great guide, sometimes I think she read our minds about something
we just saw, she gave us a lot more information about many things in N.Y.
than if we had toured alone, also she was so likeable, even seeing to a problem in our room,
she didn't rest until it was done.

Greg is one heck of a great driver, he could manage that bus all through VERY busy streets. 
He was a very likeable person also.

The bus was very comfortable and the temperature in the bus was just right for me. 
(Outside is was about 90 .

The hotel was lovely & quite picturesque.  I loved it.

We absolutely loved your tour to Chicago, the host was wonderful the bus drive was wonderful
the trip was outstanding.  location of hotel etc. we have been to New York at last New Years and
that also was the same Pam and Eliane wer excellent.  the tour guides you hired extra for the city
tours were amazing.  I will send some photo's when I have a few minutes.
