My husband and I have just spent the most amazing bus trip to New York city.
From the moment we left Scarborough Town Centre until we returned 4 days later it was fun
all the way. Binnie our tour guide, and Ken our bus driver,are two of the most accommodating
people I've had the pleasure to meet. Nothing was ever a bother to Binnie, and Ken was an
expert driver to from and through New York city. They are both a credit to your company.
Our guide in New York (Mark) was great too and very knowledgeable about the city.
We would never ever hesitate to take a bus tour with your company.

I couldn't have imagined a better trip: professional, friendly, caring staff who welcomed you
aboard and then cared for every passenger like they were the only one on board.
Thank you Ken and Binnie for that, and so many wonderful memories! The New York
schedule was jammed packed and we saw so much of New York City in just two days
I can hardly believe it - but we have the pictures to prove it! And just as importantly the journey
there and back was relaxing, entertaining, and fun - just what any good trip should be,
an adventure filled with surprises!
An added bonus was my good fortune to share a ride with so many talented, friendly,
fun loving, storytelling travelers.

Sorry for the lateness in replying.
The trip was fantastic. Oksana was a very good guide and John was a very good as well and
a very patient driver, they were fantastic.
Except for the Waterloo shopping trip, personally I think it was a waste of time and maybe
we should have come straight home instead of reaching Square One so very late.
But, New York was out of this world, very lively and we had a great time.
I wish to do it again soon.

The trip was great. Starting from the very beginning, this trip was so much more than what we
expected. Sue (Susan) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, kind and accommodating.
What a great smile. Our driver, Greg, was the best driver ever. We were always on time and always
at the right place at the right time. The trip was organized well and we did not feel any fatigue
at all from the long drive.

It just looks like I have contacted you few days ago enquiring about the New York trip and here
we are already back from the trip. After my enquiry a friend of mine Dr. Mallya had contacted
Anna and booked this tour for us through comfort travel.
Ms. Pam Cook was our tour director and Greg was our driver. I would like to leave a word
of appreciation for both of them as they were really too good in their work. Pam kept entertaining
us throughout our journey and she was so full of energy & information. She did utilize the every
moment of the journey to educate us about the places we going to visit and its really helped
us to understand and enjoy the places that we visited in New York.
Greg’s driving is outstanding and we really would like to thank him for driving us in and around
New York in those busy streets and giving enough time to enjoy each spot of attraction.
Hardie, our NY tour guide was equally good and kind enough to answer any questions.
I would also like to thank Anna and you for organizing such a wonderful tour, the memories
of which we will cherish forever. Both of your hard work was truly reflected in the comfort that
we enjoyed which is indeed very much appreciated. Great team work…..
