Hello, We are writing to tell you what a fabulous time we had with Ken and Binnie in New York
City on Aug 5-8.  We had no idea what to expect but it's safe to say this is was a trip to remember!  
As a group we seemed to all get along well and click right from the beginning.  
The drive was long but Binnie kept us well entertained.  Ken was amazing and truly talented behind
the wheel!  Our NYC tour guide Mark was also good and really knows his stuff and loves his city. 
The hotel was beautiful and accommodating and somewhere we would stay again on our next trip
to the big apple.  It was an amazing experience with Comfort Travel and we recommend it to
anyone!  Thanks again!  Cheers! :)

I just want to thank Comfort Tours for such an enjoyable trip to New York City. We travelled
July 22-25 on the first bus tour we have ever taken. Eliane our host, was just awesome,
and made us feel relaxed. She was always concerned that we were having a good time,
and asked us the next day what we had done the night before .
She made sure we had  enjoyed ourselves. If we do another tour with Comfort,
we hope that Eliane would be our guide!

We also want to thank Wayne, our driver, for the safe trip and for being so easy to talk to.

Yes my wife and I went on your August 5 -8th bus trip to visit " The Big Apple." and we had
 a very enjoyable time.

We met the tour director, Binnie Baria-Capstick and the driver, Ken M. at the Square
one shopping plaza in Mississauga along with the other travellers. 
We stopped again in Grimsby and eventually there were a total of 50 of us. 
Binnie and Ken did a great job. 

We were involved with everyone else throughout the trip and felt safe on the highways
and roads in New York.  It was a long trip to the Hyatt in New Jersey but was not
uncomfortable or boring.  Binnie kept us entertained with movies, music, quizzes
she had prepared, travel and information about the local sights.  She explained the itinerary
and gave suggestions of what we could do during our free time each day. 
The Hotel was very good with pool facilities and great breakfasts each day. 
The sightseeing days were full but if you chose to be alone, you could.  
We met and were totally entertained with the New York day guide, Mark Levy. 
It was obvious he was passionate about his city.  He answered every question that he
was asked and as he said on several occasions, "He knows it all!" 
A very good crew for our very first bus tour.

We were apprehensive when we booked because of;

1.    Age related medical difficulties, IE, walking long distances, sitting for long periods,
safety in a such a large city.  We were pleasantly surprised and shouldn't have worried at all. 
Everything was great.

2.    The fact that the total price was lower than every other company we investigated. 
We were concerned that we had chosen a "corner cutting trip." 
Again, we shouldn't have worried.  Everything was first class and we received
excellent value for the money.

We highly recommend a bus tour by COMFORT TRAVEL and will definitely
be taking another trip in the future.

Hi!

We just got back from NYC (with Binnie and Ken - Aug. 5th-8th)
and we are just raving about our trip to our friends and families! Our tour guide,
Binnie was fabulous - she was warm and welcoming, sweet, helpful and professional.
We loved hearing all her fascinating stories and comments about NYC.
Ken was an incredible driver - he was so cheerful and always had a smile on his face.
He's a terrific driver; we can't believe how well he manoeuvred the streets of NYC!

The hotel was spectacular- the rooms and lobby/bar were gorgeous and the breakfast
was delicious!
(A few other people had noise complaints, but Binnie dealt with them!)

We met a group of wonderful people and really became a tight knit group, in fact, we've added
a Facebook group that we hope members of our tour will join - "Across the Border to the
Big Apple with Binnie and Ken" - if you have trouble finding it, add Monica Menard and
Quinn Wilson and you'll see it on our profiles! =)

We hope to book spots on the Chicago tour sometime soon.
We hope Comfort Travel will add additional tour destinations as well!
