What our passengers are saying?

Our bus trip to Chicago was very nice and we enjoyed it.  However, the free time was a bit long
(2 p.m. to 8:00 p.m) in the downtown area.  Shopping is great for those that like to shop but we
are seniors and we found it too long to walk up and down the shops on the main street. 
We would have preferred to be left nearer a cheaper outlet mall. 
It was such a hot day that we would have preferred to be dropped off at the hotel earlier
so that we  could have enjoyed the hotel facilities such as the swimming pool.

Aside from the above, our entire trip was very nice.  The bus driver and hostess were both
excellent and gave us every assistance we needed.  Elianne went out of her way to please and
looked after us like a brood of chickens!  The bus was clean and comfortable. 
It would have been nice to have a cup rest or a pocket in front to keep our miscellaneous items.

The above comments are not intended to critisize but are suggestions offered
for the betterment of future tours.

We were on a bus tour to Chicago - Aug. 19th - 22nd with Comfort Travel.  
The tour was enjoyable in part due to Keith the driver who was willing to drive the extra mile
and Eliane the tour guide who was pleasant and informative.  We were pleasantly surprised
at the City of Chicago being clean and safe to walk around.  The people were friendly and willing
to point out alternative restaurants when there were 2 hr. line-ups at some of the more popular
spots. 
Would recommend taking the architectural cruise, which is optional, it was different viewing the
buildings from water level.  The coach was comfortable, particularly liked the assigned seating,
the hotel was clean and comfortable, enjoyed the full breakfast every morning. 
The only suggestion we would make is to reduce the amount of free time in Chicago
from the end of the bus tour to the pick-up to return to the hotel. 
We would have had a chance to enjoy the facilities at the hotel
as well as the dining and shopping options around the hotel itself.

My husband and I enjoyed the tour.  Marilyn and John were exceptional hosts.  
We learned so much about the city and they made it a very pleasurable experience.
We liked how Marilyn kept us entertained with her words of wisdom and trivia, etc.  
The twelve hour bus ride seemed effortless. We would definitely, go on another tour in the future.

We just want to say that it was fantastic to be on the tour to New York city on Aug.26-29 on
Bus # C. Both, Wayne (bus driver), & Graham Anderson (Tour director) were excellent people.
They were very punctual, efficient, well organized, kind and very professional &
it reflected how excellent the service of your company is. We are looking forward to more tours
through your company in future, & I will recommend comfort travel to my friends and anybody
without any hesitation.
