Testimonial on Chicago trip

We just returned from your Chicago tour which my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed.
It gave us a taste of Chicago, a beautiful city, in short order and sparked in us a desire
to return some day and visit the attractions we were not able to see this time.
We liked the mix of free time and structured time on the trip and made the most of both.
The free time gave us an opportunity to visit the Shedd Aquarium and the Field Museum and
see the gardens on the waterfront and the beach that we were not able to see from the bus.
And the scheduled bus tour hit most of the highlights. We especially enjoyed the commentary
from the Chicago guide, Russell.

The Henry Ford Museum on the way down was a pleasant surprise.

Driver Keith and guide Natasha made the travel down and back a safe and
interesting experience.
We liked her stories and the activities she had arranged.

I wonder if there would be time on the city tour on the way between the hotel and downtown
Chicago to drive by the Oak Park buildings designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.

I would note that this is the second trip I have taken with Comfort Travel. The other one was
to New York and I would be interested in tours to Washington, D.C. or
Boston if they were offered.

Hi,

The bus tour was enjoyable. Our bus driver, John was very efficient and is a safe driver.
Oksana, our tour leader was very caring, and cheerful. Both of them were very responsible
and  resourceful.

The videos covering the history of New York were very informative.
The hotel and the breakfast was good. In two days they tried to show us a lot and took
us to many important places.

I felt that the leg room between the seats was a bit tight as the bus ride from
Toronto to New York took around 10 hours. It was a little difficult to relax on the bus as the
seats wouldn't tilt in very relaxing position due to less space between the seats.
Once we travelled by Grey Hound tours to Florida. The seats were more comfy.
It makes a big difference on a longer distance.

On the whole it was a good experience and a wonderful trip. The whole group was friendly.
We will definitely take another bus tour with Comfort Travel in the near future.

We had a wonderful time on our Comfort Travel tour to Chicago.    
Toronto could certainly learn a lot from the excellent layout of the waterfront in Chicago.    
A beautiful clean city.   A highlight for us would have to be the Architectural Cruise on the
Chicago River.    
It was stunning and the tour guide on the cruise was excellent.    
The visit to the Ford Museum was also very enjoyable.  
Our Chicago tour guide, Russell, was very informative and we thoroughly enjoying his tour.

Our Comfort Tour guide, Natasha, was very good.    
She provided us with a lot of information about Chicago and was always eager
to answer any questions we had.    Our driver, Keith, was also always ready to help
and answer any questions we had - and shared a few good jokes with us.    
The Westin Hotel was beautiful and our room was very comfortable. 
My only negative comment would be that the hotel was very far out of the city.   
Even with a one-hour train ride and the offer of the shuttle bus to pick us up -
it was too far and time consuming.    I understand, of course, that to stay in a hotel closer
to the downtown area would be very expensive and therefore make the price of the tour
a lot higher.  

 I have spread the good news among our friends of how happy we were
the Comfort Travel Tours.

Perhaps next year we would travel again if the City of Boston was offered
as a tour destination.
