It was an awesome trip to New York. We sure were kept on the go.
Pam Cook took great care of us. She made the bus ride fun with her jokes, stories, games etc.
She is a real hoot! She was a great help and could answer questions and let us know good places
to shop. Ken was an excellent driver and drove around those streets in Manhattan like a real pro.
Our bus load of people were bumped from their usual hotel in New Brunswick to one in Morrisburg.
The rooms were great. They were clean, had a fridge, comfy beds, although a stool to get on it
would have been nice for short people. The breakfast was super! What a way to start the day.
The staff were very friendly too. It would have been nice to have had more time at Ellis Island.
I wanted to find family names but we never got there. The weather was 85 - 90 degrees and humid.
The view from 'Top of The Rock' was worth every penny. There was just so much to see and
do but the New York tour guide who joined in told us about alot about  N.Y. as Ken drove around.
When we got off the bus to walk around to things we could not hear the N.Y. tour guide.
There were just too many noises which drowned his voice out. He should wear a mic.
Each night we fell into bed exhausted!

 We just got back from your 4 day NYC tour. It was amazing, everything we wanted to do
was on the tour. I will start with Graham, he must be your best ambassador, a gentlemen
in every sense of the word. Best was his ability to answer questions we never thought of.
His attention to detail was meticulous. He is very diplomatic and cheerful while at the same
time stressing punctuality. He always counted heads before the bus rolled and gave us train
schedules, addresses, phone numbers and apx. dollar amounts to get to places or back
to the hotel on our own.

 The bus driver Greg is next, he is a professional in every sense, never altered his concentration
of the task at hand, and amazingly enough, never lost his cool, never even hit the horn even
when prodded to at inconsiderate parkers in NYC. That says alot about him,he is obviously
another big asset to your tour company.

 Lastly, we have to give you credit, you hire excellent representatives, who have all the
neccessary qualities to make this a trip to remember. You chose for us an excellent hotel
in New Jersey that we loved, both its quality and again, their staff, they were very attentive
and helpful. It was clearly a very high ranked resort, with very comfortable rooms and
a delicious breakfast buffet included to boot.
Everything that we wanted to see in NYC was included in the tour plus alot more,
the city guide Hardy was great and shared alot of knowledge and history of all the sites.
Our list of must sees was apx. 10 places, we saw all of them and probably 20 more .

 I think the best way to convey how well the trip was is this way, we are already looking at your
Chicago trip and planning to do this again next year, we have absolutely no regrets.

I recently returned from the Comfort Travel tour of Canada and it was wonderful!

The tour guide Eva Debrovolski was excellent.  She was very informative as well as helpful and
personable representing Comfort Travel at their best.

The driver John Burgess was very professional and did a great job in getting us to our locations
on time and in comfort.  If was reassuring knowing we were in such good hands with John.

I would definitely go on another Comfort Tour and recommend you to others.

I wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with some feedback about my recent bus tour
to Chicago over the labour day long weekend. My mother and I really enjoyed the tour! Chicago
is a wonderful city and your itinerary provided the group with a taste of the city, waterfront, history,
architecture and so much more. I was thrilled to pass by Harpo Studios and the O store as well!
 
Pam, our tour director, and Wayne, the driver, were excellent. Pam was very knowledgeable,
helpful and fun! We all felt safe with Wayne behind the wheel. Our local guide in Chicago,
Trudy, was also very knowledgeable.
 
On a whole, the tour was a success. The hotel accommodations, tour, meals were great.
I look forward to travelling with Comfort Travel in the future.
