We just returned from the trip to Chicago, and would like to thank Binnie, Keith,
Trudi and our follow travellers for a terrific time.  While the trip to/from Chicago was long,
Binnie made sure were were informed and entertained. 
Keith was a steady driver and we felt very safe with him behind the wheel. 
Keith - thank you for hauling the wheelchair in and out. 
The tours of Chicago were very comprehensive and the schedule allowed plenty
of time to do your own thing.  Accommodations at the Westin were first rate. 
Although we've been on other bus tours, the ambiance within this group was something special.

What a trip fully enjoyed the New York trip Pam was very good and was very well informed of
New York and could answer questions that we had.  
She entertained us very well and boy she could tell a joke some of her jokes were very funny.
John well that man is just amazing I couldnt not image driving
in New York and he did with no problem he was always at the stop when we were told 
to there to be   pick up the bus was  never late. 
They both John and Pam were always smiling and were never upset
with anyone.  Even when we had a couple late coming to the bus after shopping. 
Very professional these two were.  The only thing that I would change is the
Corning stop well that was ok not great but the rest of the trip was great. 
This was the first bus trip I have taken and I have not stop talking about it to
my friends and co-workers.  I would definitely recommend Comfort with no problem.

Dear all..

For anyone considering a bus trip to New York City,
we highly recommend booking with Comfort Travel.

Both the tour bus driver John and the tour guide Sue did a superb job.

They were quite a team, not only was the group escorted safely throughout,
were well informed
of the sightseeing sites but made sure they took the best routes during our trip.
And let's also mention,
at times quite a fun comedy act.

All ran according to schedule with only minor delays, no member was ever left behind,
and on one occasion Susan stayed back to ensure we regrouped as a full team.

The hotel booked for us was excellent for accommodation, cleanliness, and with
a superb morning
breakfast buffet. The only drawback.... could have been closer to Manhattan.

Sue did a great job keeping our group entertained and occupied during the hours of travel with
a variety of tools such as movies, documentaries of the sightseeing sites, music and puzzles.
Not to mention we could always locate her in the maddening crowds of NYC thanks
to her PURPLE umbrella.

An added comment for the mini tour with Mark Levey....
It was a real treat following him and his purple
light saber through Central Park, Central Station, Times Square, World Trade center,
Little Italy, etc.

Free time was good allowing us to explore and learn more of the city, the pick up points were
clear and John, as usual was on time.

We certainly will look at booking a follow up trip with Comfort Travel Tours, specifically to Boston.

Morning,

Jim, Marion and I all enjoyed our trip to New York departing Toronto on 8th October
(we have only just arrived home from Canada to find your message).  
Natasha, our Tour Director really made our break to NY all the more enjoyable because of all
her knowledge and interesting facts - she was a mine of information.  Byron, our tour guide in NY,
must also be congratulated for his deprecating style.  
He showed us parts of NY that I'm sure we would not otherwise have seen.  
We were exceedingly fortunate with the weather whilst we were away -
it was just beautiful.  Our coach driver was excellent,
never losing his cool in some difficult situations.  

I'm quite sure that next time we are visiting Canada we shall not hesitate to book another
Comfort Tour trip either to Boston or the 3 city trip.

Please give Natasha our love and thank her once again for the informative trip that we took
with her once we were back in Toronto.
