Thanks to Comfort Tours for making my husband's 50th birthday a wonderful memory that our
whole family will always cherish!

     We were very impressed with the Morristown Hyatt Hotel where we stayed.

Our girls loved visiting the Corning Glass Museum and watching a glass-blowing demonstration.

     Our bus driver (Keith) was obviously a seasoned driver who always drove us with a smooth
and efficient ride.  He was a master at driving through NYC busy streets!

     Our tour guide (Sue S.) went way above and beyond the call of duty to show us an
entertaining and informative time. 
She was pleasant, funny, accomodating, and even went so far as to
give us all chocolate bars for snacks before our dinner stop!  We enjoyed her movies, quizzes,
tour DVDs, and chit-chat so much that we didn't even notice the driving time fly by.

     This was truly an adventure- the perfect way to see NYC for the first time.

Hello,

Just wanted to let you know what a great time my daughter and myself had on the New York trip
that returned on November 14th.  Not being sure what to expect this being our first time on
a bus tour but Pam was exceptional, caring, fun, prepared and knowledgable and what a great
and safe driver Greg was. The time spent touring was beyond what we expected and I will be
sure to recommend Comfort Travel to all my friends.

Hi dear Comfort Travel,

The tour to New York Nov 19-22 was very well organized and we had a nice service!
The tour program was good, the bus was comfortable. Our local tour guide in New York Matt
was very energetic
and informative.
I liked two hours stop for shopping at Waterloo outlet as well. Many

They were exellent!

The one change that we all felt would improve the experience would be to pick
up the tourists later after Broadway shows, around 11:30 pm instead of 8:00 pm. 

I would like to join the Comfort Travel again to Boston and Washington.

Hello,

I just got back from the trip to New York from Nov 11-14,
and I will have to say that you have the most
amazing people working for your company. Pam was our tour manager,
and Greg was our driver, I have never seen or experienced such dedicated and
professional individuals.  Pam is knowledgeable;
she knows everything there is to know about New York, plus some.
She took care of the group as if we were
part of her family, worried that everyone was having a good time and that we were safe at all times.
Greg was very courteous and the safest driver, never felt nervous or worried about his
driving the entire trip.
He was also very helpful at giving us directions on how to get around for those that
wanted to stay behind after the 8 o'clock pick up at Macy's.
The hotel looked like it was almost brand new, and very clean.

Overall it was just a fantastic trip, and I can't wait to go on another trip with Comfort Travel.
I will recommend your company to everyone I know.
Greg and Pam are just excellent at what they do.
