To the proud owner of Comfort Tours,

I am totally impressed with the services provided by our tour director, Pam Cook, she
is one spunky lady that kept up awake on our long journey to Washington, DC and back.

Our bus driver Wayne Davenport is the greatest driver of all the bus tours that I have
ever been, he went over and above his duties in driving us around safely. One of the
couples in our tour inadvertently threw their electronic gadgets in the trash bag.
Wayne went through the garbage bags underneath the bus to retrieve the thrown
gadgets while we were waiting at the border crossing.

An here is one for the “Medal Of Service”. We are from Winnipeg and we were
suppose to catch the 10:50 PM flight out of Toronto last night after the bus tour.
We got to the border at 6:30 PM early enough to get to Toronto on time BUT due
to the long line up of tour buses clearing the Canadian Customs, our bus did not
clear until 9:00 PM. It was a blessing the Wayne has to log off from driving since
he will have to drive this morning to Ottawa. He has to be relieved from driving
past the border, and Wayne agreed to drive us to the airport on his way home.
Wayne and Pam was so concern that we will miss our 10:50 PM flight. Wayne
went the extra mile to drop us off the airport just in time to catch the plane home.
We got home safely and we thank Wayne and Pam for making our bus tour with
Comfort Tour a “COMFORTABLE” and memorable one. I commend Wayne for his
dedication to his profession in keeping the company’s clients happy and
well served.

Thanks a million !!! See you next year for the Boston tour (we’ve done New
York and D.C.)

My tour to Chicago was excellent.  The tour guide (Natasha) was exceptional and
did everything to make the trip a success. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. 
Also, our bus driver was very good.

This was my second trip with Comfort Tours – my first was to New York and
I hope to take advantage of your other tours in the future.

Just returned  May 23rd from a wonderful trip to Washington with Comfort Tours. 
This trip far exceeded our expectations.  Marilyn was a wonderful leader and
went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly.  The bus
driver, Byron, was very skilled and the epitome of patience. He did everything
in his power to ensure the safety of all his passengers.  Thanks to both these
wonderful  people we had a most enjoyable trip and look forward to more trips

hello everyone at comfort travel.  we just wanted to express our extreme gratitude,
to your company for enriching our lives once again... washington was WONDERFUL!!
we learned soo much  PAM COOK is the very Best ever(which i knew from new
york too)  our bus driver WAYNE   was top of the line. both in his driving and his
personality... wow   ...  now we are all planning chicago in the fall and we WANT
PAM  and Wayne... we told them we are going to stalk them.......... very satisfied
customers... (can you tell we are happy)  colleen grubb, judy falls, marilyn and butch
campbell, dennis and brenda brown.. and heather, becky, and roberta godwin...........
