What our passengers are saying?

I had a wonderful time on my trip to New York City.  The tour guide Suzanne was
excellent.  She accommodated everyone and was always there to help you.  She
made the trip so much more enjoyable.  The only thing I wish was changed was
the length of the trip.  Another few days would have been nice.  Our bus driver
Kim, is an excellent driver and also made the trip wonderful.

To Whom it may concern

First and foremost the Bus trip was really first  class , Suzanne  the tour manger
was excellent , first class and full of information and attention to detail was  
second to none .

Suzanne also had all in the bus communicating with each other ,excellent tour manger ,
so personnal and and very well mannerd .

Now for Kim , excellent driver so informed , and with it in everyway , she deserves
a medal with the way she worked throughout the weekend , traffic and on time ,
nice person , would give her an "A" in all aspects  .

Tour guide in New York , Mat ?? moustachs and comments excellent , he was well
informed ,and gave very good insight to areas of intrest , thank you Comfort Travel 
for the wonderful time that Isobel and I had on the weekend , photograghs will follow .

Just wanted to pass along while it was fresh in my mind how my sisters and
I enjoyed the Washington trip.  Marilyn is such a dedicated guide.  She leaves
no stone unturned to attend to her clients needs.  What a delight.  Byron as
well was very accommodating to our requests.  A delightful team!!

I had one suggestion:  We should all have name tags to enable us to get to
know each other better as we travel along.

We have really enjoyed our tour. Both Ken and Eliane were always pleasant and
attentive to our inquiries. The formula is excellent; the tour guide on Saturday was
knowledgeable and very interesting. The whole trip went very well. Comfort Tours
will certainly be our first choice, should we decide to go to New York or
Washington on a bus tour.
