Easter Weekend I travelled to Boston with Comfort Tours for the first time.
My Tour Director was Pam Cook.  My Bus Driver was Ken Mackenzie.
I sincerely had a wonderful time!  Pam did her utmost  best to make us feel
comfortable, accommodated, educated and entertained. Her  pleasant , friendly
personality was always shining which  definitely helped  to make the dull
rainy days bright !
 
Ken's punctuality  and safe  driving   helped things to run smoothly.  When
we experienced a little bus trouble in Boston  I heard no passenger
complaining and there was tremendous cooperation amongst us  when our
transportation  plans had to be modified.   This  I believe can be directly
credited to  the atmosphere of camaraderie amongst all of us Ken and Pam
both help to  cultivate on this trip. 
 
What I thought was most considerate was after the problem with the bus was
solved, Ken took the time to explain to all of us what exactly the trouble was with
the bus, the solution and then  did his best to reassure us that there would be no
problems to return home safely on the same bus.
 
I was totally satisfied with the hotel accommodations, the choice of restaurants
and the many sites we saw.  I felt this trip was money well spent and a
wonderful time enjoyed.  To sit back,  relax and just enjoy having someone else tell
me where to go and what I should do is truly a treat for me.
 
I would definitely travel with Comfort Travel again  when I need a quick getaway or 
ComfortTravel includes new destinations.  At present I have been to all destinations
Comfort Travel now travels.

Hi there,

Just wanted to let you know that my husband and I really enjoyed our trip to Boston
last week-end.  The hotel was great; the city tour was good (despite the very rainy
weather).  The trip to Hyannis and Plymouth was the best!  Butoverallthe best part
of the trip was our Tour Guide, Pam Cook and our bus driver, Ken“Macs”.  They are
both very professional and knowledgeable. They both remained very professional
during our“busbreakdown”!  It was also fun to go out for dinner as a group; gave
us a chance to get to know some of the group better.

I will definitely be recommending this trip to my friends. I have been on one ofyour trips
before ( to New York in December 2009; with Pam and Ken) and really enjoyed that as
well.  We’re hoping to go to Chicago at some point with your group.

Hi there;

   I just returned from the New York trip.  This was my second New York trip with
Comfort Travel, and I have to tell you I was not disappointed.  This time I took my
daughter.  Although the trip was the same as the first time, I would definitely do it
again.  Pam and Ken the first time - Eliane and Wayne this time.  Both tour guides
and drivers were wonderful.  They made sure to get to know each and every
person on the bus. 

   The accommodations were top notch.  Our New York tour guide - Hardy, was
every bit as entertaining as my first trip, and tour guide - Mark.  Rave reviews both
times.  Well done Comfort Travel!  Highly recommend!
