I very much enjoyed my bus trip to NYC.  It was my first time there and I was much more at ease knowing I had someone to get me there safely and help me navigate the city without getting lost.  The hotel was beautiful - very comfortable beds, clean & up to date rooms, and a great buffet breakfast.  The only problem was there wasn't much to see or do outside of the hotel that we could find - but the cost to stay outside of the city made up for that.  Our bus driver, Wayne, was fantastic.  He navigated flawlessly, never getting lost, always finding the quickest routes, and seemed very comfortable driving in the extremely busy streets of Manhattan.  He handled our luggage with care.  He even took some extra time to stop the bus on our way back to the hotel to let us view the Manhattan skyline and take pictures.  He has a difficult job and does it very well!  Natasha, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about Manhattan and had tons of facts and videos to show us.  She always made sure everything was running on schedule, nobody was left behind, and took care of getting us in to attractions quickly.  The bus was clean and comfortable, the only small issue I had was there were no cup holders.  The tour guide that came on the bus in Manhattan was fantastic.  He knew everything about the city's attractions and had some great facts about lesser known places.  His tour of the city was very informative and entertaining, and he kept his audience captivated.  I would highly recommend having him on future tours.  The length of the tour was perfect, and the free time at the end of each day was wonderful.  We were able to see everything we wanted to, along with quite a few extras.  I definitely got my money's worth with this tour - I could never have planned this on my own for the same cost!
