I would like you to know that I had a fabulous time on my trip to New York. Pam was our tour guide and she was fantastic. This is the first time I have gone on a bus trip and I will  do it again. There were enough stops on the bus to stretch and unwind from sitting. New York was wonderful. We had a great time (20) of us at dinner!. The weather was wonderful. The driver "Uncle Kenny" was great. I enjoyed the documentaries about the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. It gave me some background before we went there. This tour staisfied my urge to see some of New York City. Obviously you can't do everything in two days but I thought it was well organized for an overview.

Just wanted to say “Thank you” for providing a wonderful trip full of fond memories. We enjoyed our 4 day excursion to New York city very much. In addition, I would like to mention our appreciation for Pam Cook and to Ken our driver for taking such good care of us. Together they created a fun filled “family” atmosphere. I look forward to taking additional vacation packages with your company in the future.

This trip was amazing, from start to finish. Our tour director Pam was excellent! She was very knowledgeable, patient, fun and organized. She always made sure everyone on the bus was well taken care of, offered lots of advice and much needed direction for our free time. She played great games on the bus to keep everyone entertained and told funny stories and jokes. Since we spent New Years in NYC, Pam offered to make reservations to a restaurant close to the hotel for anyone who wanted to join. This was a very nice gesture and we had a great time getting to know people on the bus. She went above and beyond and did an amazing job. Our driver Ken was also incredible! He is a talented driver navigating the streets of Manhattan. He was very patient and kind. He remained calm and safe throughout the drive. Overall, both Pam and Ken were awesome! We have only positive things to say about them, the company, and the trip. In addition, our tour guide Eugene (guide around Manhattan) was also great! He was very enthusiastic and had a wealth of knowledge to share! The perfect way to see Manhattan. Thank you very much for such an amazing trip to ring in 2012!

We loved our trip and our tour guide Pam and driver Ken.  It was a wonderful family getaway for the 4 of us.  The tour of New York City with Eugene was a great introduction to the city for us.  We packed a lot in the 2 days.  I liked the stops on the way there and back, although longer at the shopping outlet might have been good!  Everything was very well organized and on schedule and lots of fun.  We liked the games, movies and New Years celebration on the bus.  Pam answered all our individual questions. Maybe we will do Boston or Chicago next.
