Hello, We recently returned from the New Years eve NYC trip.  It was wonderful!!

I just wanted to send some praise about Natasha. I have traveled 4 timeswith Comfort, 3 to NYC and one to Chicago. Personally I'd be happy to go with any of your guides again, but thrilled to go with Natasha.  I loved her vast knowledge, sense of humour, style, grace, intelligence. Everything about her was class.  She does your company proud! I found her so interesting and informative. I loved her stories. Also, she kept reminding us to enjoy and not worry about anything as we were on holiday. In her short time in Canada she knows so much.  She makes me proud of our country with her knowledge and love of Canada and of course of every place we went on tour. She is a truly beautiful person.  Even her ability to remember everyone's names so early was amazing :).

Also....what a safe feeling driving with John was.  His navigation along the way and in New York City left us feeling we were in great hands.

Also I've mentioned in past about a hotel right in NYC.  I'd be so on boardif there was such a possibility for this...even one or 2 times a year..or one bus out of three.  I'd pay extra gladly...provided it was not more than flying.  I flew in September and we had the most amazing place. It was called The Jewel Facing Rockefeller Center.  Just a thought for future.  I'd be happy to leave in the middle of the night even also...to arrive earlier and enjoy more of the city.

We thoroughly enjoyed the bus tour to NYC. Pam Cook,  our energetic guide and tour directeur surpassed all previous guides that we have had in the past with other bus trips. She made sure we were informed about all details of this adventure. We couldn't get over the fact that she even took the time to arrange taxis at the drop off places  when we returned to Toronto. Together with the bus driver Ken  they made  an excellent team. We marvelled at Ken's expert driving in NYC.

We enjoyed this adventure so much  with Comfort Tours that we are looking forward to a Chicago adventure in the future; HOPEFULLY with PAM and KEN.

We are glad that we had procrastinated about visiting NYC so that we were able to travel with you!

Sir or Madam:

On Dec.15-18 I was on a bus tour with guide Sue Strickler and driver Chris to New York
City. I am not on facebook, so I will give my comments this way.

The trip was very enjoyable. The bus was kept clean, with garbage collected frequently
from the passengers, and a large garbage bag handy in the bus. I felt very safe with
Chris's driving. Sue gave us much useful information.

The city guide, Eugene (?spelling), was a delightful tour guide.

The hotel in New Brunswick, N.J.,was handy to the train terminal, and the service
exceptional by the hotel staff.

All in all, a very good trip!

My group had a great time on the tour...Sue our Guide was amazing...she kept us well
informed and was sincerely helpful (made sure we did not get lost, provided us with all
kinds of info, tips, etc. etc.  We felt Sue went above and beyond her call of duty (felt
very comfortable).  Eugene, our guide in NYC was equally creative and knowledgable
in that Eugene guided Chris throughout the day so we got every inch of our tour covered.  
I believe it helped that Chris was experienced in driving in NYC so he tended to be 
a little aggressive which may have worried other passengers but it did not bother me
at all.  I cannot believe how patient and calm he remained.   However, one strange
thing is that Chris did not have GPS so he had to rely on Sue for directions from time
to time.  That is why I feel Sue went beyond her call of duty.   In any case Sue and
Chris got us to our stations safe and sound (even in the terrible weather and traffic
on our way down).   

It might be useful to make sure your driver has a GPS provided. 
That would be my only comment.
