What our passengers are saying?
We enjoyed the bus tour to Chicago very much. The tour guide, Natasha, was
excellent, we can't say enough good things about her. So professional, interesting and
knowledgeable, as well as being so friendly and helpful. The hotel was also excellent,
with helpful staff, very nice rooms and a very good buffet breakfast. The bus driver, Greg,
was very good, and gave us a very smooth, enjoyable ride all four days. We enjoyed
the tour of the Henry Ford Museum, very interesting! The Chicago tour guide was very
knowledgeable, and provided a lot of interesting information and history. Chicago is
a beautiful city, with a lot to see and do, a lovely waterfront, and a very well utilized
Chicago River. We enjoyed the boat cruise on the river, again, with a very informative
guide who really knew his stuff. Also, there are lots of great museums and places of
interest, such as the Planetarium, Aquarium, and numerous parks. We had lots of free
time to shop on the Magnificent Mile, as well as having time to buy at Duty Free, and
the Birch Run Outlet Mall.
Overall, we were very impressed with our trip and will certainly book with Comfort Tours
the next time we are planning another bus trip.
Thanks for the great service!

We had a fantastic time on our tour to Chicago, it was very well organized and the hotel was
lovely, if a little far from the city. The first and last days were very long, you might think of
a way to shorten them. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. There were times when
everyone was obviously tired and would have liked some quiet time. I will certainly
consider another tour. Sincerely, Carol Henry
My wife and I recently did the New York City tour Oct 7th--10th and enjoyed it very much.
October 7th was our 50th Wedding Anniversary and we celebrated with everyone on
the bus....back at the hotel our tour guide Carole presented us with a bottle of champagne
to celebrate the occasion..... a nice touch.
We are both seniors and it was our first bus tour and we weren`t sure what to expect. We realize
four days is not long enough time to see all of NYC but your staff did an excellent job of showing
what time permitted.
The Hyatt Hotel in New Jersey was very good, the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day.
We want to thank our tour guide, Carole, she was very efficient and pleasant, we also thank our
driver, John, he too was pleasant and skilful in navigating the Big Apple, we felt very safe.
Thank you Carole and John, we enjoyed your company.
If we book another bus tour to the USA it will not be on a holiday weekend, the Canada / USA border
was a nightmare and NYC had extra tourists for the holidays. We did have excellent weather, sunny
with temperatures in the mid-eighties, wow, great for October.
Thank you, Sincerely Alice and Bill Edison.
P.S. The trip was an Anniversary gift from our girls, Beverly V made the arrangements
Our host, Natasha was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about her. Loved the trip.
Had a very informative and enjoyable time. We already have been to New York City and will
certainly consider one of the other cities next spring. We loved the hotel, especially the
breakfast buffet. Thank you for making it such a superb trip. Nirvana and Jack Dawson

Hi
Good Morning
I just wanted to say thank you for a great trip to Chicago and to say thank you so much to
Natasha, she is a special Lady; she made the trip. My wife and I learnt so much and saw
an amazing city. Natasha couldn't do enough for us and we hope our next trip probably
next year to Washington we will lucky to see Natasha again. Hopefully she has a Mike
and Kevin there too. Our driver Greg is not only a good driver he is a good person.
When we read in the itinerary about the architectural tour we thought - okay we'll enjoy
the boat ride. Instead we got an education and saw a beauitiful city. Chicago is a
place we will return to in the future .
Thank you everyone at Comfort Tours especially Natasha, we will do this again.
