I really enjoyed the tour to NYC.
Everything was perfect, the hotel, our tour guide, Eliane, our driver, Greg and the tour
was really organized, even the weather was perfect.

Hi, my name is Dave Cooper my brother and i just returned from a 4 day tour of
New York city , this past sunday evening . Sept 4 . We cannot say enough great
things about the tour , the city , the people , just 1 complaint is that we did not
have enough time to see everything that we wanted to see . You need at least
a week or longer to explore the city properly .
As for our TOUR HOST and BUS DRIVER they were the best of the best , they
went out of there way to make all passengers happy and comfortable .
Also my brother and i took a trip to CHICAGO three weeks earlier for 4 day tour
of the city . The results were the same as above , couldnot say enough great
things about the tour , the city , the people , again not enough time to see city .
Our TOUR HOST and BUS DRIVER for this trip also were the BEST of theBEST .
Who went far and beyond to please everyone on the tour .

Hello,
We had a great experience! As first timers going to New York, we are so happy
that we took the bus as we learned a lot about NYC with our wonderful guide.
She was very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable. She learned our
names right away and became someone we can rely on. One couple lost their
wallet, she was on the phone right away assisting in canceling cr cards, etc –
it showed that she cared about us! Thank you Eli and Greg who was able to
smoothly get around the city that never sleeps!

My husand and I travelled on July 28th - July 31st to NYC with Comfort Tours.
Our Tour Manager was Suzanne and our Bus Driver was Wayne.
The trip was very well organized from the time we boarded the bus till the time
we were dropped back off. The bus was very clean and comfortable (the coach
looked really new and very welcoming) and the hotel (Hyatt Regency) was very
nice (better than we expected). The buffet breakfasts were great and much
appreciated after a long day touring!
The sightseeing around NYC was incredible. What a great way to see the city.
The tour guide in NYC was amazing and very knowledgeable. Suzanne and
Wayne were very well organized. There was a hugh effort on their part to
make our trip a memorable one (especially with the movies and games played
along the way to pass away the time). Wayne drove the bus around NYC like
it was a piece of cake!
My husband and I would really be interested in taking more bus tours with Comfort
Tours in the future. I have been spreading the word around to many of my friends
to tell them of the great time we had on your tour and will definitely be seeing you
again for another.
Keep up the great bus tours. Hope you will have more to choose from in the future!
