Dear Sirs:
 
My wife (Sally) and I joined your bus tour to New York City (July 7th to 10th), and we
truly enjoyed the trip.
 
The bus journey was quite comfortable, and it was remarkable how the driver, John,
was able to manoeuvre the vehicle safely through some of New York City's cramped
streets. The hotel where we were accommodated (The Heldrich, New Brunswick),
was also fine. As for the tour guide, Pam Cook, she did a grand job attending to
everyone's comfort and needs. She kept all of us entertained on the bus, and provided
us with a lot of information as well as suggestions pertinent to the tour. We were really
amazed at her agility and energy.
 
We have been telling all our friends and relatives about our bus trip to New York City
with Comfort Travel, and hope to join another of your bus tours in the near furure.

I just returned from a Comfort Travel tour to Chicago from August 11 to 14.  I wanted
Comfort Travel management to know that Eliane and Wayne were excellent in their
roles as host and driver.  I would say they were a "dream team" in terms of their
professionalism, friendly personalities, knowledge and skills. This level of customer
service is very hard to find these days. 
 
You can tell that Eliane and Wayne truly love what they do and this shines through
in how they treat your clients.   I would reccomend Comfort Travel based on the
excellent care I received from these two gems.

I just wanted to let you know how much my husband and I enjoyed our trip to
Washington(Aug 4-7).

This was our first bus trip ever and I've got to say that it won't be our last with
Comfort Travel. We had an awesome time!  Pam our tour director was terrific. 
She was very friendly, kept us all entertained and most of all she knew her
stuff about Washington!  Ken, our bus driver was top notch.  We had comfort
knowing that he was behind the wheel.  Thanks Pam and Ken for making this
trip memorable for all the right reasons!
