I just returned from a Comfort Travel tour to Chicago from August 11 to 14.  I wanted
Comfort Travel management to know that Eliane and Wayne were excellent in their
roles as host and driver.  I would say they were a "dream team" in terms of their
professionalism, friendly personalities, knowledge and skills. This level of customer
service is very hard to find these days. 
 
You can tell that Eliane and Wayne truly love what they do and this shines through
in how they treat your clients.   I would reccomend Comfort Travel based on the
excellent care I received from these two gems.

I just wanted to let you know how much my husband and I enjoyed our trip to
Washington(Aug 4-7).

This was our first bus trip ever and I've got to say that it won't be our last with
Comfort Travel. We had an awesome time!  Pam our tour director was terrific. 
She was very friendly, kept us all entertained and most of all she knew her
stuff about Washington!  Ken, our bus driver was top notch.  We had comfort
knowing that he was behind the wheel.  Thanks Pam and Ken for making this
trip memorable for all the right reasons!

I recently took a trip (Aug 4 to 7) to New York through Comfort Travel I had a wonderful
time.  Eliane Delettre our guide was wonderful she made sure that we where well
informed and took the time to get to know a bit about each of us, Greg our driver was
amazing he made driving in New York look easy.  Eliane kept us entertained and Greg's
driving made us feel very safe on the highway and driving through the streets of New
York.  Eugene our New York guide did an outstanding job showing us the highlights of
New York, his passion for his city showed in his tour.  I look forward to traveling again
through Comfort Travel.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on our recent trip.  Firstly I would like to thank
Natasha for once again being the best tour guide ever, she made the trip very exciting
and she is a hive of information, amazing.  The three days were action packed and it
gave us a great overview of each city.  I was traveling with my 85 year old mother who
uses a walker, we were seated at the front of the bus which was very good, for getting
on and off.  I would like to thank both Natasha and Cam, the bus driver, for being so
patience with her, she really enjoyed the trip.  Also I would like to thank everyone who
was on the bus for also being so patience and kind it regards to understanding that it
always took my mother a little longer when getting off the bus. 

It was another great experience with Comfort Travel.  I think my next adventure will be
to Chicago.
