Last July 15th to 17th 2011 me and my family joined with comfort travel into a 3 day Bus
trip (Montreal, Quebec and Ottawa). Was a amazing experience because was my second
time in Canada and only now I had the opportunity to meet another places of Canada. For
my girlfriend, my mom and my sister was the first time out of Brazil and took they to joined
with me at this trip was terrific. The tour guide (Natasha) and the group (multi cultural group)
shared with us great moments that never will be forget. Thanks for comfort travel do the
tour a wonderful and special experience for all of us.

I am very pleased with my trip - great value! 

Pam the tour guide and Greg the driver were outstanding.  Pam kept us busy on the
bus ride down and back with DVD's, games and her knowledge about the tour in
general was excellent.  Greg did a fantastic job navigating the city streets and getting
us to and from the hotel.  Although our a/c cut out on the bus I felt like both Pam and
Greg were working on getting a resolution to the problem which they kept us
informed about while they made arrangements.  Eugene who joined us as the Manhattan
tour guide was great - he had so much to point out I'm sure there wasn't a landmark or
hightlight that was overlooked.  He was pleasant and despite the extreme heat he
marched on like it was all part of the job to show us a good day.

The Heldrich was very nice - good choice.

While I was deciding to book with Comfort some one I know told me she went with
you at Easter and highly recommended the trip.  I'm so very pleased I did.  I would
also recomment your company to others who are looking to do a guided trip. 
The whole thing was so hands free - no worries about driving, parking, or
finding accommodations and I'm sure I wouldn't have covered as much of the
area as I did with Pam & Greg.  It was a very efficient way to travel and site see.

My one complaint is that I gained 3.5 pounds despite all the walking. I do plan to sue!

Hello, we enjoyed our trip very much and had a blast. The driver drove safely and
the host was funny and entertaining. Both were very professional and friendly.
We did an issue with air conditioning on the bus but the host and the driver did
their best to keep us comfortable by opening the vents, providing a temporary
bus so that the air conditioning could be repaired. We appreciate the time and
effort taken to ensure our comfort.

I would have liked to be in NYC at least one more day considering the trip takes
one day to go and one day to return. The drive is very long but we appreciate
the frequent stops for washroom and food. We would have liked to arrive at the
destination sooner instead of a 12 hour day on the road but overall the trip was
excellent! We would use your services again in the future.

Just wanted to say what a great time my family and i had in NYC,our trip was
amazing and our driver John and guide Christine were awesome,we couldn't
have done it without them,they were so well organized and paid great attention
to detail,we did however feel a little rushed at times and would have liked an
extra day or so.

Will definately be travelling with you again....Sincere
