Hello, we enjoyed our trip very much and had a blast. The driver drove safely and
the host was funny and entertaining. Both were very professional and friendly.
We did an issue with air conditioning on the bus but the host and the driver did
their best to keep us comfortable by opening the vents, providing a temporary
bus so that the air conditioning could be repaired. We appreciate the time and
effort taken to ensure our comfort.

I would have liked to be in NYC at least one more day considering the trip takes
one day to go and one day to return. The drive is very long but we appreciate
the frequent stops for washroom and food. We would have liked to arrive at the
destination sooner instead of a 12 hour day on the road but overall the trip was
excellent! We would use your services again in the future.

Just wanted to say what a great time my family and i had in NYC,our trip was
amazing and our driver John and guide Christine were awesome,we couldn't
have done it without them,they were so well organized and paid great attention
to detail,we did however feel a little rushed at times and would have liked an
extra day or so.

Will definately be travelling with you again....Sincere

Dear Comfort Travel,

Last Friday my family and I went on the tour of Montreal, Quebec city, Ottawa, and
the Thousand Island.  It was magnificient.  It exceeded our expectations.  We were
very happy with our tour leader , Heather, and we are looking forward to taking
another tour with Comfort Travel soon.  One point I like to mention is that the Comfort
tour, unfortunately, does not have any other tours to other parts of Canada.  I think
if you extend offering more tours to other parts of Canada, either within ontario or
outside of our province, you would benefit from more clients who would like to
visit other cities in Canada.

The CHICAGO bus tour was our second tour, last year we did the NEW YORK tour. 
While waiting at our pick-up point @ square one, when we saw the DENNY's bus
approaching and saw the driver was Wayne, we said " That's New York" but what
do you know it was for chicago. Wayne is a wondeful Guy & Driver, always smiling
& ready to help, our tour Guide Natasha is great, knows about history and also we
are very thankful to her because the next day she Phoned us right away that we l
eft something in the Bus. Me and my wife are planning to do the Christmas tour,
hopefully next year. by the way the dates of our chicago bus tour was july 21-24, 2011.
