The CHICAGO bus tour was our second tour, last year we did the NEW YORK tour. 
While waiting at our pick-up point @ square one, when we saw the DENNY's bus
approaching and saw the driver was Wayne, we said " That's New York" but what
do you know it was for chicago. Wayne is a wondeful Guy & Driver, always smiling
& ready to help, our tour Guide Natasha is great, knows about history and also we
are very thankful to her because the next day she Phoned us right away that we l
eft something in the Bus. Me and my wife are planning to do the Christmas tour,
hopefully next year. by the way the dates of our chicago bus tour was july 21-24, 2011.

Hello,
We enjoyed the trip very much. We liked the hotel , we were staying at. The only thing ,
I wished that if hotel had been in Manhattan. Other so many people were saying the
same thing.Our hosts Pam and John both were fantastic. They were v. professional,
friendly, organized that made the trip more enjoyable. Pam kept the time interesting by
telling the jokes and puzzles. John is a  v.good person and a excellent driver . I do not
know how he can drive soooo long.

Every thing was good .

We really enjoyed the New York City sightseeing tour. The host, Pam Cook, did
a wonderful job looking after everyone’s needs and comfort. She provided a lot
of important information along the way and had fun and games (including videos)
to keep us occupied during the trip. She went out of her way to suggest many
things to do and see at our various stops including where to eat, shop or dine.

The driver, John, did a magnificent job especially manipulating the narrow and
one-way side streets of New York City. He also ensured the safety of our
bags and luggage.

All in all, we would not hesitate to choose Comfort Travel again. Thank you!

Carol and I had a great time on the New York trip!  Pam was an excellent tour guide
and was always tuned in to our needs and would do anything to answer questions
or help in any way.  She is very passionate about her work, and this is very visible
in her attitude.  Our bus driver, John, was also excellent!  The two of them make
a great team!  Their sense of humour was very much appreciated, but it was their
willingness to help in any way that was wonderful!  I am definitely going to book
another trip with Comfort Travel, you can bet on it!
