What our passengers are saying?

We travelled with Comfort Tours to New York City on May 20th - 23rd. Our party was
made up of 6 people. My wife and I, along with two other friends and my sister-in-law
and her husband from Ireland who were in Canada celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary.

The whole experience was great, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our driver Kim
was a magician and I was amazed how she handled the bus through Manhattan.
The guide Suzanne Marchington was an excellent host. She was very knowledgeabe
and most helpful in all situations and how she remembered all our names was
a wonder to me.

She made it very special for my relatives as she announced to the other passengers
about their anniversary and actually presented  them with a little gift to remember the
New York trip.  Excellent public relations.

All of us would be happy to have her as a guide at any time in the future. The Manhattan
tour guide ( Mark/Matt Levy) was also excellent.

A great job by all concerned.

One last comment which is not a criticism concerns Ellis Island. I would have liked a little
more time there. I know that the ferry schedules etc are beyond your control but I would
have liked more time on Ellis Island even if it meant less time at the Statue of Liberty.

Overall a great experience and we are looking forward to traveling with Comfort Tours
again. Maybe to Chicago.

I traveled to New York City on the May long weekend.  What a great trip.  Heather our tour
guide was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly.  She gave everyone
personal attention.  I loved her documentaries on the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. 
Our bus driver, Greg, was amazing.  The way he navigated the streets of NYC with
such patience and ease, you would think he was out for a drive in a compact car.  Greg
was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.  Comfort Tours and their clients are
extremely lucky to have such wonderful people as Heather and Greg.

Dear Ellen,

We travelled with Comfort Tours to New York City for the first time this May at the
recommendation of friends of ours and what a wonderful time it was!

Our host driver, Ken, was such an amazing driver and we felt totally safe with him.
To be able to drive in New York city one has to be calm, patient and experienced.
Ken certainly has these attributes.He is a wonderful man and we look forward to
perhaps having him be our coach driver on our next trip with Comfort Tours.

Ellien was our host tour guide and we could not have asked for a more kinder,
knowledgeable and entertaining person to look after us. She has such a warmth
about her and we knew we were in good hands. We certainly would love to
have Ellien as our host also on our next trip. The trip was a great worry free
experience and we will certainly do it again.

My friend  and I really enjoyed the trip. Pam was an personable guide who looked after
all of us  & made the long trip easier with her comments, treats & games. Wayne was
an excellent driver & I felt completely safe with him at the wheel. He also went above
& beyond to help some of the passengers when they encountered difficulties.

This was my first bus tour & I would certainly consider another with this team.
