 My boyfriend Ryan amd I were on the NYC tour July 14-17. We had a fabulous time!
The entire group was a great bunch, everyone was very respectful of our time lines,
and the trip was so well organized, we didnt have to do anything except sit back and
enjoy. Graham our tour director was pleasant, very knowledgeable, and friendly.
Greg, our bus driver was excellent, we still dont know how he managed to navigate
so well through the busy NYC streets in that huge bus!  We were a little skeptical
about being on the bus for so much of the trip, but we still got amazing pictures. 
The way the trip is broken up it doesnt feel like were in the bus much at all, and we
were able to see every site. Because it was so hot outside it was actually nice to
get on the bus rest and cool down.  The Glass blowing museum is really interesting
and there are so many beautiful pieces of art, Swarovski crystals,  and a nice little
souvenier shop.  The Heldrich Hotel was a great choice, good service, nice rooms
(king sized bed) and Christophers restaraunt in the hotel was good too.  
Great selection for the breakfast buffet!  NJ is really beautiful and very clean. 
NYC is amazing such a great vibe, we had an awesome time and will be going
back and We will definatley be going on another tour "Comfort Travel" style in the future!

We had a very nice trip and we enjoyed it so much

The minute we were aboard the bus that we were met by our tour guide Natasha
and our driver John and they made our trip more enjoyable  .

The hotel was nice and clean and the breakfast was very good too bad that
Friday was raining .

Natasha is very friendly and she got so much knowledge and we learned
so much from her and hopefully next year we are thinking of going to one of  the trips.

Hello: Our trip to Chicago was excellent. Natasha our Tour Guide was  very informative
and kept our interest in hearing her other “Tour Guide” experiences while on the long
bus ride. Greg our Bus driver wheeled that bus around like it was a small car. Both of
these people were very accommodating to our needs and are great assets to your
organization.

Chicagois an exciting and beautiful city. My wife and I absolutely loved it. We have
travelled with your company to New York and found Chicago just as nice. We are
already talking with our friends about taking your tour to Washington next year.

It was the firs time that I toured with Comfort Tours and was not sure what to expect,
but I was pleasantly surprised. The Tour Director Pam Cook was very good in making
every one comfortable. It was noticeable that she engaged everyone and for the few
days made us feel like one family. I would have liked that a  Welcome Dinner or
a Farewell Dinner could have been arranged with the whole group.Having travelled
with other tour companies I find this event really made the group more happy
and congenial.
