Yes we just returned from Washington late Sunday evening. The trip was first class,

What a wonderful time my wife and I had in Washington DC. Everything was perfect
thanks to our wonderful guide Natasha and our driver Wayne. There were even
a couple of nice surprises on the last day that were not scheduled and thanks to
Wayne and Natasha's knowledge of Washington we got them in with out going out
of our way. I will HIGHLY recommend Comfort Tours to all my friends and business

We have just retuned home to the UK from our 5 week stay with our Daughter in Toronto.
While we there we did a tour with you to New York/(Ref No-1363).The tour and the Hotel
in New Brunswick was Excellent. And our excellent Driver John and Tour Guide Rik
Looked after us every step of the way, if we come back to Toronto again next year
we will certainly Join you again -- to another tour - Washington or Chicago.Thank you

I had the pleasure of participating in this trip over the past weekend
Carole Hartley and our driver John were exceptional when faced with adversities the
first being the pick up point at Square One in Mississauga
The parking lot that we had been directed to use was ripped up and there was no
attendant present to direct us to another area.The LCBO is also some distance from
the designated parking lot when it is operational.Thanks to the information provided
to us by another passenger on the bus who also ran into the same problem we were
able to use the hotel parking lot for less than it would have cost us at the designated
lot and it was also in a covered lot and less expensive.We almost missed the bus due
to not having been made aware of this change in lot condition.I feel that this needs to be
looked into more closely for future users of your travel company since the next group
may not be as fortunate as we were
John was able to negotiate the bus through a very difficult section in downtown Quebec
which amazed us all.His driving skills are amazing !
Overall it was a good tour which gave everyone a brief overview of the cities that we
went to and the service provided by Carole and John was excellent
