Good Morning,

We had a wonderful weekend in Chicago over our Thanksgiving. The weather was perfect.
Hotel accommodations were excellent.Our tour guide Natasha was very well informed with
alot of info about Chicago. She was courteous and very friendly lady.

Natasha kept us busy on the bus with games, movies and trivia. I would take a bus
tour again with her. Your driver Greg was fantastic. Gentle kind man. He was right on
the ball when it came to estimating arrival times.

Chicago is a beautiful city and so much to see. We had ample free time to wander
around, shop and look at the sites.

Thinking about next year same time but another destination.

Dear Comfort Tours,

As a repeat customer, I would like to thank you again for the great service and the pleasant trip
to Washington DC. The travel is pretty long, but due to the safe drive, the entertaining activities
on the bus and the well deserved short breaks it happens that by evening time you can be in
one of Hyatt’s accommodations for a good rest. The journey begins next morning.

There is plenty to see, so an early wake up and a good breakfast at the hotel will be a great start.
Then a local guide will lead you through US capital memorials, monuments and main political
and admin buildings of the states. You can do the walk at your pace and capture the best
memories of your vacation. 

You’ll be impressed taking the Arlington Cemetery tour to see the resting place of some of the
US presidents and heroes who scarified their life for the American freedom.  The afternoon is
a great time to visit some of the museums.  And don’t forget about the tasty dinners in the
Cordell area where you’ll find fine restaurants not far from your location.

All together, I have to thank you for the great time and the possibility to see pages and pages
of American history in a short amount of time and for the safe drive and professionalism of the
staff.  I would highly recommend anyone having a short amount of time to jump in Denny’s
pink buss and let the staff do its own duties. You’ll be pleasantly surprised that they do a great
job and deliver a quality service. We had the same feeling in the New York (did it twice) and
Chicago trip and we are wondering if the Boston one will be valid by spring time.

We enjoyed the bus tour to Chicago very much.  The tour guide, Natasha, was
excellent, we can't say enough good things about her.  So professional, interesting and
knowledgeable, as well as being so friendly and helpful.  The hotel was also excellent,
with helpful staff, very nice rooms and a very good buffet breakfast.  The bus driver, Greg, 
was very good, and gave us a very smooth, enjoyable ride all four days.  We enjoyed
the tour of the Henry Ford Museum, very interesting!  The Chicago tour guide was very
knowledgeable, and provided a lot of interesting information and history.  Chicago is
a beautiful city, with a lot to see and do, a lovely waterfront, and a very well utilized
Chicago River.  We enjoyed the boat cruise on the river, again, with a very informative
guide who really knew his stuff. Also, there are lots of great museums and places of
interest, such as the Planetarium, Aquarium, and numerous parks.  We had lots of free
time to shop on the Magnificent Mile, as well as having time to buy at Duty Free, and
the Birch Run Outlet Mall.

Overall, we were very impressed with our trip and will certainly book with Comfort Tours
the next time we are planning another bus trip.

We had a fantastic time on our tour to Chicago, it was very well organized and the hotel was
lovely, if a little far from the city.  The first and last days were very long, you might think of
a way to shorten them.  Our tour guide was very knowledgeable.  There were times when  
everyone was  obviously tired and would have liked some quiet time.  I will certainly
