My Daughter & I  just returned from the Dec 8 -11, NYC tour with Comfort travel, What
a fabulous City. I have to give the highest marks to our hostess Elaine who made every
effort to keep us informed & comfortable from the moment we stepped on the bus to
the end of the journey &  John our driver, who has nerves of steel driving through
Manhattan. Also our NYC guide Harvey, who was both informing & entertaining, made
you feel you knew NYC.  I would recommend this trip to anyone, the excitement of
seeing, Ground zero, Lady Liberty, Ellis Island, the ferry. Seeing NY from the top of
the Empire State & Top of the rock was breathtaking the Rockettes, great memories.

Just returned from the trip to New York.  It was wonderful and much of the credit must go
to Eliane our tour guide and John the bus driver.  The planning from start to finish was
excellently detailed.  Eliane was well informed and, although it was a full bus load, she
interacted with everyone on a personal level.  Accommodation at the Hyatt was excellent
with professional, friendly staff.  We visited all the landmarks including Central Park,
Ground Zero and Liberty/ Ellis Island.  We had ample free time for shopping, theatre etc.

Both Eliane and John seemed dedicated to the comfort and enjoyment of the passengers
and succeeded in that regard. Despite the madness of New York traffic, John maneuvered
his way with expertise and his timing was impeccable.  I would certainly recommend
Comfort Tours.

On behalf of myself and my friend Lynn Pereira , we had a fabulous time.  The planning of time each day was excellent.  Eliane gets a 10 out of 10 for being our host. John's driving skill and temperment were commendable.  I would of lost my cool many many times. Truly enjoyed the experience and would be interested in a tour to Boston if you have one in the future. We just got back from a wonderful trip to New York City - it was a blast!

Our Tour Guide, Eliane and our Driver, John were second to none!  We have gone on
bus trips in Europe, Asia, and closer to home, and Comfort Tours are the best!

It is hard to believe that we saw so much in such a short time, but thanks to the expertise
of both  Eliane and John, we did it and in comfort!  Hardy, the New York guide, was
wonderful as well.  The bus was comfortable and had a washroom if necessary, but our
well-timed stops meant we didn't need to use it often.  Eliane kept us informed and
entertained while on the bus, and we had lots of free time as well to shop or do
sightseeing.  We went to the opera and a play and were able to find our way back to
the hotel using subways and the train.  While we arrived home sleep-deprived, we
thoroughly enjoyed every New York minute!

We'll certainly recommend Comfort Tours to all our friends and hope to be
repeat customers!
