Hi!! My name is JOEY and I am ten years old. I went to New york with my mom and grandma. We got back yesterday and I had a GREAT time!!! I never went on a coach before but it was lots of fun! The coach director, Natasha was very, very nice and Wayne was very nice too. Wayne drove us. He drives excellent! I miss New York and my fun time with everyone!! Everyone on the tour was so nice to me. We will definitely go on another tour with Comfort Tours! My mommy said we might go to Chicago because Natasha said it is a great place too! I hope I get to see Natasha and Wayne again on our next trip...and all the new friends that I made.

Hi: Tasha the tour guide was great. She made the trip very enjoyable. She always kept us up dated on what was going to happen next. Wayne was an amazing driver.

Something that could be improved is, it would be nice if the bus could pick up and drop off  at a hotel, where there is parking.

Hi, My comments would be as follows;

1.       It was punctual

2.       It was safe

3.       It was clean

4.       The tour guide was great, she was pleasant, informative, knowledgeable, well prepared, her direction was clear and direct…the only objection I had was the her microphone was to loud…

5.       The bus driver was great, we always felt safe, he was always helpful and courteous, and punctual…just an all-around gentlemen.

6.       The New York tour guide was fabulous, I enjoyed his presentation immensely.

7.       The hotel was fantastic in every aspect except location, but I would gladly travel the extra distance to be pampered as we were with the accommodations…bravo!

8.       And lastly New York, it has been almost 40 years since I last visited New York, and I am so pleased to say that I can’t say enough about the city, it now is clean, and safe, the people we met were friendly, helpful, and the excitement and beautiful scenery was amazing.

9.        Closing I would say I am so happy we made the trip and even more happy that we chose you to travel with, I wouldn’t hesitate to take another trip with your company, or to recommend you to anyone.

Thanks for doing what you do at such competitive rates, believe me when I say I know we got our money’s worth with you. Sorry I don’t have any photo’s for you at this time, I will try to remember to bring my camera in to work to give you some.
