Marilyn was perfect!  She was well prepared and delightful. Always positive and kept our spirits up on the long bus drive. 

The bus driver was excellent as well - safe driver and very helpful and pleasant.

I'd suggest not stopping at the Corning museum or at that Waterloo outlet mall. 
Waterloo outlet mall did not have great prices and it's dumpy and the food was poor quality.  Is there another alternative?

Everything else was excellent.

Our tour to NYC was fantastic. We were able to see so many sights and could not have covered as much territory on our own. The New York City guide was
very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour, making the tour very entertaining. The hotel we stayed at (Hyatt) was very nice, and the hotel staff were always
pleasant and friendly. We look forward to our next trip with Comfort Travel.

Just wanted to send a quick email regarding the tour to Washington we took this past Easter weekend.  Washington was a great place to tour we had a fantastic time.  Your tour guide Eliane was informative, has so much personality, and made you feel comfortable as soon as you loaded onto the bus.  It was like travelling with friends that you had known for a while.   I have to mention Wayne the bus driver as well.  Not only an excellent driver but personality and easygoing as well that had us all at ease and the interaction between the guide and him made the trip.   As this was our first tour with your travel company, I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again.

Our tour leader Marylin was great, she helped me out a lot.
IT was well organized, except I had to leave Manhatten for the hotel
earlier, so took the commuter train.
