We had a great time in Washington.  Natasha was excellent and Wayne was a very competent bus driver.  We also really appreciated Walter the Washington guide that we had.  He was very, very knowledgeable. We are looking at taking another trip with you as soon as possible and we hope we get to have both Natasha and Wayne again. Our only suggestion for Washington was that it would have been nice to have a map of the embassies so it was easier to see them and identify them when we did the drive along Embassy road. Other than that, it was a very comprehensive tour.  Well worth the money.

My wife Rita and I thoroughly enjoyed our quick visit to Washington. In particular we enjoyed the first sightseeing day which touched so many of the high spots. Tour director Natasha was superb her energy, attention to detail and information were truly commendable. Equally, Wayne's driving skills made us all feel we were in good hands.Full marks to both Natasha and Wayne, Thank you. One recommendation: the bus ride would be made easier if there were pockets on the back of the seats (as in an aeroplane). There was nowhere to conveniently store books , maps etc. Once again, many thanks and we might wll be travelling with you again.

We had a very nice trip to Washington..The hotel was awesome and the breakfast great ! The bus driver was curtious and always ready to help. Natasja also was wel informed about all things. I even met an author in the Holocaust gift shop and she signed her book for me.The only thing that was a big dissappointment, was, that we were not made aware of, there was a limit of tickets handed out at the Holocaust museum. We ourselves are survivors of the war in Holland... If your Co. would have told us, we could have gone on line to reserve the tickets...

This was our first time going on a bus tour (April19-22) and also our first time going to New York city. We wanted a tour that was affordable, informative, and allowed us time to explore the city independently and we got just that.  From day one we were greeted by our lovely, charismatic and fun tour guide Christine & our wonderful bus driver John. Next to Christine our city guide Karen was also a great source for information, she gave us lots of facts and history about the city. After our first day of touring New York city we felt comfortable and confident in exploring the city on our own during free time. We are really impressed with how John can maneuver that bus around the city and still be calm, cool and collected. My kids and I left the New York city tour very pleased, we will definitely go back again.
 
Thank you, Christine & John for giving us a great first experience in New York city you were a great team! We will most definitely consider Comfort Tours again for future travel to other US cities.
