What our passengers are saying?

I was recently on the tour to New York City, which was really lovely. The Bus Driver  Ken was amazing , It was amazing how he handled the bus on those busy streets.Carol was  very good Tour Guide, had lots of information which she shared with everyone. But I found that she was not a organized person. The Hotel was beautiful.

We enjoyed our tour very much.  Ken our bus driver and Carole Hartley our tour guide were both excellent.  We appreciated Ken's excellent driving skills and friendly manner and Carole's wealth of knowledge, sense of humour and effort to accomodate everyones needs.

It was my first visit to New York City and I felt the trip was a great overall introduction to the many things a person can see and do in the city.

The only thing I would suggest to make the trip home more enjoyable would be to eliminate or shorten the shopping trip in Waterloo and perhaps replace it with a nicer place (not fast food) to have lunch.

We really enjoyed our trip to New York city. Our tour guide, Pam Cook, with much care and her great sense of humor created such an unforgettable atmosphere for everyone. Our skillful driver, Greg, made us feel safe all the way. Eugene, our tour guide in the city, provided us with lots of knowledge and we felt free to ask for more information. All in all, it was such a great experience for us.

My family and I travelled to New York on the tour of May 31st - June 3rd.
Our tour director was Ms. Pam Cook and our tour driver was Greg.
 
We enjoyed the trip very much and were extremely pleased with the services
rendered by Pam and Greg.  They are both truly good at what they do.
